A New Variety of Pleurotus ostreatus-- Kangdi No.2
"Disease resistant No. 2" is a new wide-temperature Pleurotus ostreatus variety successfully bred by single spore hybridization. it has stable biological characters, strong resistance to miscellaneous bacteria, fast mushroom emergence, good mushroom shape, transportation resistance and high yield. It is an excellent strain on the market in autumn, winter and spring. Its main characteristics are as follows: 1. Resistance to yellow mushroom disease: in the environment where yellow mushroom disease or spot disease, dead mushroom and wilt mushroom occurred in the first tide-2 tide of other black varieties, "disease resistant No. 2" could produce mushroom continuously for 5 ~ 6 tides without any disease. 2. Resistance to heavy water: in the process of production management, heavy water spray irrigation can not kill mushrooms, there is no Fusarium mushroom. 3. It belongs to wide temperature type variety: the mycelium growth temperature of this variety is 2 ℃ ~ 38 ℃, the mushroom emergence temperature is 2 ℃ 32 ℃, the cover is light gray when the temperature is above 15 ℃, and it is dark gray or grayish brown below 12 ℃ p. It can produce a large number of mushrooms in autumn, winter and spring, and the growth rate of mushroom body is obviously faster than that of other black varieties at 2 ℃ ~ 15 ℃. 4. the hyphae are thick, white and stout, and the wall-climbing force is strong: the hyphae of the mother species can grow all over the test tube in 5 ~ 6 days, and then the yellow aerial hyphae is a normal phenomenon, which is another characteristic of the strain. When cultivated with clinker in autumn, the hyphae were full in 17 days and budding in 20-22 days. 5. Good mushroom shape and good quality: the seed of this variety is clustered, compact, short stalk, thick cover, tender and fresh, good toughness, and transportation is not broken. 6. Carbon dioxide tolerance: the variety does not have strict requirements for oxygen, and when the ventilation is slightly poor, the shape of the mushroom body is normal, but in a well-ventilated environment, the mushroom body is particularly thick and the stalk is very short. 7. It is suitable to be cultivated with all kinds of raw materials: all kinds of agricultural and forestry waste materials can be produced, and when cultivated on tung shell, corncob, bean straw and other culture materials, the bioconversion rate can be stabilized at about 200%.

A New Variety of Pleurotus ostreatus-Agricultural Section No.5
A new strain of Pleurotus ostreatus, Agricultural No.5, was bred by Chinese Academy of Sciences. Anhui Wuhe Edible Fungi Research Institute introduced demonstration cultivation in August 1998, and showed extraordinary excellent characters through more than 3 years of comparative experiments. The mushroom has thick flesh, short handle, round cover, smooth and bright, strong freshness, delicate and delicious meat, extremely resistant to CO2, soft and strong. So as to overcome the disadvantage that conventional varieties are easy to be broken in long-distance transportation. When the outside temperature is below 15 ℃, the fungus cap is darker than Auricularia auricula, which is a typical black food at present.

A new variety of Pleurotus ostreatus-2001
"2001" is a new variety of Pleurotus ostreatus, which was newly selected in 2002. It is proved by crystal ratio test and large-scale production that it has three outstanding characteristics of high resistance to yellow mushroom disease and leaf spot, high yield and high efficiency. 1. High resistance to yellow mushroom disease and leaf spot. "2001" is a wide-temperature type of Pleurotus ostreatus, the fruiting body is light to grayish white, and can produce mushrooms in the temperature range of 33 ℃. Large-scale production can be planted from early autumn to the end of spring. "2001" can be safe and sound in the areas where yellow mushroom disease and leaf spot disease occur.
