A New Variety of Pleurotus ostreatus-Agricultural Section No.5
A new strain of Pleurotus ostreatus, Agricultural No.5, was bred by Chinese Academy of Sciences. Anhui Wuhe Edible Fungi Research Institute introduced demonstration cultivation in August 1998, and showed extraordinary excellent characters through more than 3 years of comparative experiments. The mushroom has thick flesh, short handle, round cover, smooth and bright, strong freshness, delicate and delicious meat, extremely resistant to CO2, soft and strong. So as to overcome the disadvantage that conventional varieties are easy to be broken in long-distance transportation. When the outside temperature is below 15 ℃, the fungus cap is darker than Auricularia auricula, which is a typical black food at present. Putting on the market is catering to the new fashion of black food with nourishing effect, which is the most popular in the catering industry, so it is favored by the public. The strain has a wide selection of culture materials and has a strong ability to decompose the substrate. all kinds of crop straws such as rice and wheat straw, corn stalk, corncob, peanut shell and cotton stalk powder can be used for cultivation (of course, cottonseed shell is better). High yield, generally per kilogram of dry material can produce fresh mushrooms more than 3kg. The mycelium growth temperature is 1 Mel 32 ℃, the mushroom emergence and growth temperature is 2-26 ℃, which is suitable for indoor and outdoor and plastic greenhouse cultivation. If the outdoor field cultivation is adopted, the yield will be higher. It also has the advantages of fast bacteria, strong disease resistance and so on. Therefore, this strain is the most ideal new strain for the development of Pleurotus ostreatus.

A New Variety of Pleurotus ostreatus-Pinghei No.2
This variety belongs to the wide temperature type, the mushroom temperature is 4-24 degrees, the fungus cap is black-gray, medium and large, resistant to carbon dioxide. Under normal management conditions, the hyphae are thick and white, blossoming, sessile, anti-impurity, meat thick and flexible, resistant to transportation. The ability to decompose lignin and cellulose is very strong, and it grows well on the culture materials of agricultural and sideline straw barley such as corncob and soybean straw, and can obtain high yield. Heiping No. 2 is suitable for the cultivation of raw meal, clinker and fermentation material, one bag is better, and corncob is the most ideal raw material. It is cultivated with fermentation material, and the formula of culture material is corn.

A New Variety of Pleurotus ostreatus-- Kangdi No.2
"Disease resistant No. 2" is a new wide-temperature Pleurotus ostreatus variety successfully bred by single spore hybridization. it has stable biological characters, strong resistance to miscellaneous bacteria, fast mushroom emergence, good mushroom shape, transportation resistance and high yield. It is an excellent strain on the market in autumn, winter and spring. Its main characteristics are as follows: 1. Resistance to yellow mushroom disease: in the environment where yellow mushroom disease or spot disease, dead mushroom and wilt mushroom occurred in the first tide-2 tide of other black varieties, "disease resistant No. 2" could produce mushroom continuously for 5 ~ 6 tides without any disease. 2. Resistance to heavy water: in the process of production management
