A New Variety of Pleurotus ostreatus-Pinghei No.2
This variety belongs to the wide temperature type, the mushroom temperature is 4-24 degrees, the fungus cap is black-gray, medium and large, resistant to carbon dioxide. Under normal management conditions, the hyphae are thick and white, blossoming, sessile, anti-impurity, meat thick and flexible, resistant to transportation. The ability to decompose lignin and cellulose is very strong, and it grows well on the culture materials of agricultural and sideline straw barley such as corncob and soybean straw, and can obtain high yield.
Heiping No. 2 is suitable for the cultivation of raw meal, clinker and fermentation material, one bag is better, and corncob is the most ideal raw material. Cultivated with fermented materials, the formula of culture materials is corncob, wheat bran, gypsum and some auxiliary materials. After mixing well, the culture materials can be stacked in a round pile, and most of the materials should be stacked into trapezoids, with a general bottom width of 1.3 meters and a height of 1 meters. the length depends on the site and the amount of materials used. After the pile is finished, three rows of holes are drilled vertically on the material surface, covered with plastic film and grass to keep the bacteria insulated, keep turning for 10-15 hours when the temperature rises to 60-70 degrees, and then turn once a day for a total of 3-4 times. The fermented material is brownish red and full of white actinomycetes. When the temperature of the material drops below 30 degrees, it can be bagged and cultivated. When the cultivation material is full of hyphae without budding, three-dimensional cultivation is carried out, using water conservation to produce mushrooms, generally, 5-6 tidal strands can be collected, and the bioconversion rate is 300-400%.

Simple heat preservation method of Pleurotus ostreatus in winter
In the process of cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus, the author explores a set of simple and suitable heat preservation method from practice, which is introduced as follows: Pleurotus ostreatus should be bagged and cultivated in late autumn, and half a bag of hyphae can be sent out when the temperature drops and becomes cold. When such bags are cultivated in heat preservation, the bags can be quickly filled with hyphae. If it is not bagged and cultivated in advance, it can be heated and sterilized at one time. When the temperature drops, the bacterial bags with half a bag of hyphae will be packed densely, and the bacterial bags will be high and wide as far as possible, so as to gather the temperature, increase the temperature and keep warm. Stacking method: 4 rows of each code into a segment, 7 of each row of codes

A New Variety of Pleurotus ostreatus-Agricultural Section No.5
A new strain of Pleurotus ostreatus, Agricultural No.5, was bred by Chinese Academy of Sciences. Anhui Wuhe Edible Fungi Research Institute introduced demonstration cultivation in August 1998, and showed extraordinary excellent characters through more than 3 years of comparative experiments. The mushroom has thick flesh, short handle, round cover, smooth and bright, strong freshness, delicate and delicious meat, extremely resistant to CO2, soft and strong. So as to overcome the disadvantage that conventional varieties are easy to be broken in long-distance transportation. When the outside temperature is below 15 ℃, the fungus cap is darker than Auricularia auricula, which is a typical black food at present.
