Simple heat preservation method of Pleurotus ostreatus in winter
In the process of cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus, the author explores a set of simple and suitable heat preservation method from practice, which is introduced as follows:
Pleurotus ostreatus should be bagged and cultivated in late autumn, and half a bag of hyphae can be sent when the temperature drops and becomes cold. When such bags are cultivated in heat preservation, the bags can be quickly filled with hyphae. If it is not bagged and cultivated in advance, it can be heated and sterilized at one time.
When the temperature drops, the bacterial bags with half a bag of hyphae will be packed densely, and the bacterial bags will be high and wide as far as possible, so as to gather the temperature, increase the temperature and keep warm. Stacking method: each row of 4 rows into a section, each row of 7 bacterial bags, leaving a gap of about 5 cm between each row, in order to facilitate ventilation, the distance between each section is 67 cm, so that people can walk and manage and turn over the pile. Cover the bag with 2 layers of plastic film after the bag is numbered. You can also stack the newly inoculated bag with the bag that sent half a bag of hyphae, first distribute the bag with half a bag of hyphae in the bottom code, then code the bag with four layers of newly inoculated bacteria, and then cover it with plastic film. The bacteria bag will generate heat in the process of bacteria generation. As the hyphae become full gradually, more heat will be generated, so beware of burning bacteria at high temperature.
When the bacteria bag is full of mycelium, immediately take it out, discharge it to the mushroom place to produce mushrooms, and then put the newly inoculated bag on top of the bag that is not yet full of mycelium, and cover it with plastic film for heat preservation and culture. In this way, the mycelium-filled bags were taken out one after another and the newly inoculated bags were filled.

Indoor three-dimensional cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus in winter
Put the plastic tube containing Pleurotus ostreatus (columnar) in the room or in the mushroom cellar. When the room temperature is 24 ℃ ~ 25 ℃, it can only discharge bacteria in a single layer, and when the room temperature is about 20 ℃, it can be discharged in two or three rows. When the room temperature is 10 ℃ ~ 15 ℃, the heap height can be 1 ~ 1.5m, and the position can be changed every 10 ~ 15 days to make the temperature of each part uniform and the bacteria consistent. During this period, the indoor is as dry as possible, and when the indoor humidity reaches more than 80%, it is best to adopt the two-stage cultivation method of bacteria on the ground and mushrooms underground. A New Variety of Pleurotus ostreatus-Pinghei No.2
This variety belongs to the wide temperature type, the mushroom temperature is 4-24 degrees, the fungus cap is black-gray, medium and large, resistant to carbon dioxide. Under normal management conditions, the hyphae are thick and white, blossoming, sessile, anti-impurity, meat thick and flexible, resistant to transportation. The ability to decompose lignin and cellulose is very strong, and it grows well on the culture materials of agricultural and sideline straw barley such as corncob and soybean straw, and can obtain high yield. Heiping No. 2 is suitable for the cultivation of raw meal, clinker and fermentation material, one bag is better, and corncob is the most ideal raw material. It is cultivated with fermentation material, and the formula of culture material is corn.
