Last Updated: 2024/11/05, The double-sided mushroom production method is adopted in the Pleurotus ostreatus bed, which can not only make effective use of the room space, but also increase the yield per unit area of the mushroom bed. The main technical points are as follows: first, mushroom bed equipment. Bamboo or standing wood is used to build a frame in the mushroom room, which is generally 2 meters high and can be set up with three layers of mushroom beds, with an interval of 60ft 65 cm. The length depends on the actual situation of the mushroom house. There are two widths: 55 cm managed unilaterally and 110 cm bilaterally. The floor of each mushroom bed is nailed with thin wooden planks, with each branch 1.5 cm apart (gap). II. Inoculation of stall materials

The double-sided mushroom production method is adopted in the Pleurotus ostreatus bed, which can not only make effective use of the room space, but also increase the yield per unit area of the mushroom bed. The main technical points are as follows:

First, mushroom bed equipment.

Second, the stall material is vaccinated. First spread a layer of plastic film on the floor of the mushroom bed, which is 2.5 times the width of the floor of the mushroom bed. Then spread the first layer of culture material (about 3 cm thick) on the plastic film. Then inoculate the first layer of bacteria. In this way, four layers of culture material were spread, followed by three layers of bacteria, and then compacted and covered with a layer of soaked newspaper on the surface of the culture material. Finally, the whole medium was tightly wrapped with a plastic film which was wider than the bottom plate.

Third, cut and sew to produce mushrooms. About 60 days after inoculation, the mycelium "feeding" has been basically completed. At this time, the sterilized blade is used to cut the plastic film intermittently along the length direction at the gap on the opposite side of the bottom plate of the mushroom bed, the cut seam is deep to the culture medium, the length of each section is not more than 15cm, and the horizontal and longitudinal spacing between the two slits should be more than 15cm. After the first crop of mushrooms on the opposite side of the mushroom bed is harvested, the uncut plastic film at the gap is cut with a blade to allow it to produce mushrooms. In the normal management of the mushroom bed, a proper amount of water should be sprayed on the opposite side of the seam every time it is waterlogged. The Pleurotus ostreatus growing on the opposite side of the mushroom bed can pick 2 mi 3 stubble mushrooms, and the yield is close to the normal yield of the mushroom bed.
