Prevent browning of lilies after digging
In the process of picking and collecting lilies, the lily scales change from white to brown due to exposure to the sun for too long, which is called browning. Browning is an oxidation reaction catalyzed by biological enzymes in lily scales. Browning reduces the quality of commercial lilies, such as lilies, the germination rate of browning bulbs is low, causing rotten seeds. Lily ripens early this year and is expected to be dug around early July. Therefore, attention should be paid to early prevention of browning.
Attention should be paid to shading cover when digging. Under the strong sunlight, the lilies dug from the soil are often browned, which is often ignored by growers, thus reducing the quality of lilies. Therefore, it is best to dig in cloudy or sunny afternoons, and the lilies dug out should not be exposed in the open air for too long. If dug in the morning on a sunny day, the lilies dug out should be covered with straw and other mulch in time to prevent oxidative browning from direct exposure to strong sunlight. Remove the soil and sundries in time, cut off the roots and put them into baskets. Cover should also be put on the baskets to block the light after they are full. Transport it back in time after mining, put it in a cool place indoors, spread it out to dry, do not put it in the outdoor exposure.
Commercial lilies are hot as soon as possible. The purpose of ironing is to kill the biological enzymes that promote browning in lilies, prevent enzymatic browning, kill germs, and prevent decay. Some agricultural products do not understand the principle and function of hot film, and often can not be ironed in time. Because the ironing film is late, the browning occurs or begins to occur in the front of the ironing film and even the heart piece. After processing, the color of the dry film is not white, becoming yellow or even black. Therefore, the lily after mining should choose sunny hot slices as soon as possible. The hot film time is too long and fragile, the hot film time is too short, the biological enzyme is not completely killed and passivated, resulting in more serious browning, and finally become black film, seriously affecting the quality. In Xinshao, farmers often use a lotus leaf pot to burn slices. The lotus leaf pot holds 50 kilograms of water and boils. About 15 kilograms of washed and drained scales are poured into them and stirred with sticks. Lily from white to yellow, from yellow to white, scrape the skin with fingernails to make it powdery, taste the piece crispy, the section of the broken piece has no white heart, and the water in the pot has not become paste, indicating that the scalding time is appropriate, and you will come out of the pot immediately. Generally speaking, the side slices should be boiled in the pot for 6 minutes, and the heart slices should be boiled for 3 minutes. Each pot of water is scalded for 2 times and the film will be changed for 3 times. Cool and dry immediately after coming out of the pot.
Lily seeds are stored. In order to prevent browning and decay, the storage area should be dry, ventilated, cool and shaded. The sand accumulation method is generally used to shade the light. After harvesting and digging, put the lily bulbs in a cool room to dry slightly to reduce the moisture in the scales, but the time should not be long, generally about 2 days. Choose a shady house, spray the ground with 0.3% formaldehyde solution or 0.3% potassium permanganate solution, then spread a layer of clean garden soil or river sand 5cm thick on the ground, put the lilies on it and arrange them neatly. Then cover the lily with a layer of soil or sand about 3mur4 cm thick. Repeat, do not exceed 1.5 meters in height and seal with soil or sand all around. This ensures shading, water retention and ventilation. It should be checked every 20ml / 30 days and should not be flipped too much. If a bad seed ball is found, it should be removed in time.

Pollution-free cultivation techniques of Lily (2)
The main results are as follows: 1. The management before emergence from sowing lily seeds to mid-February of the following year is mainly to clear the ditch and drainage, to ensure that the lily land is neither dry nor waterlogged, neither high temperature nor low temperature freezing damage, and to ensure the normal growth of bulb roots. from December to January of the following year, 20-30 per mu of rotten pig manure is applied, and if there is no film and straw covered lily land before emergence, you can apply pre-budding herbicides, such as Roundup or glyphosate. At the same time, ploughing lilies for 1 or 2 times before emergence can not only weed out weeds.

Lily soil treatment
After the harvest of the previous crops in ①, the crops should be ploughed and dried immediately in order to achieve the purpose of soil disinfection and increase soil fertility. ② should apply sufficient base fertilizer, mainly organic fertilizer (cow and horse manure, barnyard manure, chicken manure, etc.), can also apply some fully mature cake fertilizer, after application should be fully mixed evenly. ③ digs drains and heights. The height of the border is generally 20-30 cm, and the width is about 1.5 mi 2.0 meters. The gutter is 0.3-0.5 meters wide, and the border surface is made into the shape of a tortoise, low on both sides and high in the middle. Drains should be connected to each other and can be done after heavy rain
