Processing technology of lily powder
The processing of fresh lily into lily powder can not only greatly prolong the storage life, but also be convenient to eat. Its processing technology is as follows:
1 the fresh lily head will be ground to remove all kinds of impurities, wash clean, put into the beater, add the right amount of water, grind into lily thick pulp.
2 filter the lily thick pulp into a cloth bag, stir and rinse in the clear water in the tank, and filter it with a basket or filter cloth of 55mur57 mesh until all the pulp is filtered out, there is no white juice in the residue, and the filtrate is clear water.
3 rinse the filtered lily slurry and rinse it twice with clean water in the tank. Each rinse needs to be stirred in the whole cylinder. After clarification, skim off the powder on the floating surface and remove the sediment from the bottom.
4 the deep lake will rinse the middle layer of lily pulp, move it into another tank, stir it with water, and let it precipitate. After precipitation, continue to skim off the powder on the floating surface and the sediment at the bottom of the cylinder, and repeat it twice until the lily powder precipitated at the bottom of the cylinder is white.
5 dry the precipitated white lily powder, put it into a cloth hanging bag, hang it for 12 hours, drain the water, break it into pieces and place it on the bamboo mat until half-dry; finally, break it into many small pieces and cut it into thin slices to dry, that is, lily powder, which can be packaged in separate bags and listed on the market or stored.
In order to make the lily powder white and beautiful, we must do a good job of rinsing and sedimentation, and strive to remove the floating surface powder and bottom sediment. At the same time, in the process of drying powder, the wind-blown sand impurities should be prevented from flying into the drying field, so as not to pollute the lily powder.

Processing method of Lily Powder
① processing appliances first prepare baskets, dustpans, knife shovels, pots, stone mills, filter racks, filter cloth, pottery vats, buckets, water spoons, white cloth, sun pads and so on. And wash clean, no sediment and dust. Whether the flour is white or not and the flour yield is high or low, the key lies in the water, and the spring water and well water with clear and pure water quality should be selected. And processed on a continuous sunny day. The ② processing process can be divided into five stages: Lily ball peeling, stripping and packing according to outer film, inner film, yellow film and white film. The white film (center film) produces white powder, and the yellow film (outer film) produces yellow powder. Wash sediment

The third cultivation method of lily: high border cultivation
The third cultivation method of lily: high border cultivation. It is suitable for places with higher groundwater level and more Rain Water. High border cultivation in the south, cultivated land after harvesting, deep about 30CM, combined with cultivated land applied 2500KG per mu as base fertilizer, generally wide ridge planting, ridge base width 60CM, need width about 30CM, height 25~30CM, between ridges is ditch, bottom width is about 30CM. In high border cultivation, topdressing should be carried out during the growing period in order to promote the president and squeeze the high yield.
