Last Updated: 2024/09/20, Preferred raw materials: select white, large, tight lily bulbs, remove "thousand words" (that is, bulbs are small and many, scales are small and not tight), lilies with moth, macula, mildew and red epidermis; remove hair roots with a sharp knife to remove soil impurities and skin aging flaps The peeled valves were divided into three grades (the proportion of large, medium and small is 4:5:1), and then the fresh materials of lilies were bleached with clean water for 2-3 times according to the order of large, medium and small. Preferred raw materials: selecting white, large and tightly packed lily bulbs, removing "thousand heads"(i.e. bulbs are small and numerous, scales are small and not tightly packed), moth-eaten, yellow spots, moldy and reddened lily skins; cutting hair roots with a sharp knife, removing soil impurities and aged skin flaps; dividing the peeled petals into three grades of large, medium and small (the ratio of large, medium and small is 4:5:1), and then respectively rinsing the selected and arranged lily fresh materials with clean water for 2-3 times according to the order of large, medium and small.

Main processing points

1. Cook in boiling water. Put the lily petals into a boiling water pot and stir gently with a board to cook evenly. The steam pressure in the pan is 2 kg/cm2. The suitable blanching time of lily scales (counting after fresh materials are put into the pot) is about 40 seconds for large pieces, 20 seconds for medium pieces and 5 seconds for small pieces.

2. Spread the dish. The bamboo strip bottom and wooden frame edge are used to make rectangular special spreading plate. The size of the spreading plate is about 75×45×6 (cm, outer diameter). The gap at the bottom is required to be dense and uniform, so as not to leak raw materials. After the scalded lily petals are taken out of the pot, they are quickly spread out in a plate (about 0.8-1 kg of clinker is spread out in each plate). It is advisable not to overlap when spreading out, so as to ensure that the lily is dried evenly and quickly.

3. Drying. According to 15 g/m3 with sulfur amount of lily petals fumigated sulfur for about 2 hours, can be dried by hot air drying. That is, turn on the steam first, then turn on the fan. When the room temperature of the drying room rises to about 70 ℃, the exhaust fan must be turned on to exhaust the moisture. The moisture must be exhausted once every 20-30 minutes. After two hours, the interval time of moisture exhaust can be appropriately extended according to the humidity of lily (interval time is preferably 40-50 minutes). The temperature of the drying room must be controlled at about 70 ℃ (±5 ℃). The drying time is about 7-8 hours for large pieces, 5-6 hours for medium pieces and 2-3 hours for small pieces. After natural ventilation and cooling, the dried lily is scraped to remove specks, wet flakes, burnt flakes and mixed flakes of other grades. After screening and grading packaging, it can be marketed@#@136 @#@.
