Hongxiang Cake was bred by Zhengzhou Fruit Tree Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1980 with Korla fragrant pear and Zhengzhou goose pear. In 1986, it was selected as a superior line, codenamed 80mur4Mel 6. In October 1997, it passed the crop variety examination and approval in Henan Province, and named it "Hongxiang Crisp". It overcomes the shortcomings of Korla fragrant pear, such as small size and low sweetness, and becomes the leader of today's red pear. In the spring of 1994, some branches were introduced by Zhengzhou fruit trees, and the 11-year-old Yali pears in our field were grafted in batches, with a total of 308 trees, covering an area of 0.46 h square meters. The high grafted tree bears fruit in the second year, 666.7 square meters in the third year and 1150kg in the fourth year. It sells very well in Guangzhou, Fuzhou and other places, and its popularity has exceeded that of Korla fragrant pear.
1. Fruit economic characters: fruit oval, sepals falling off or persistent. The average fruit weight is 270g, the maximum is 650g. The fruit surface is clean and smooth, waxy, the fruit spot is large, there are no spots, the background color is yellow-green when ripe, the surface color is thick red, and the colored surface is more than 50%. After storage, the background color becomes golden and more gorgeous. The flesh is white, crisp and juicy, with few stone cells and residues, sweet and strong, containing 14% of soluble solids, 16% of soluble solids, and a sugar-acid ratio of 95.78, which is of excellent quality. The core of the fruit is small, and the pulp is sour near the core. It can be stored for three months at room temperature, and the cold storage can be stored until the next year's wheat harvest, still sour and crisp.
two。 The growth and fruiting habit tree is moderate, upright, mainly bearing short fruit branches, strong continuous fruiting ability of fruit platform secondary shoots and axillary flower bud fruiting habits. Flower buds are conical, with 10 flowers per inflorescence. The Corolla is white, 4.5cm in diameter and the anther is light purple. The fruiting rate of high grafted trees was more than 95% in the second year, and the fruit setting rate of inflorescences was as high as 92% in the third year. 3. The phenological phase is in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, where it sprouts in mid-late March, begins to bloom in early April, blossoms on April 11, and blossoms for about a week.
