Although the specific sowing time varies greatly from place to place, the daily average temperature is generally between 3-6 ℃ in spring sowing and about 20-22 ℃ in autumn sowing. The growth period of spring sowing garlic, especially the seedling growth period, is significantly shorter than that of autumn sowing garlic, so it should be sowed as early as possible to meet the requirements of low temperature during vernalization and make garlic bolting and split.
