Purple hard leaf Ershui is a local variety in Pengxian County, the suburb of Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The plant height is 74 cm and the plant width is 15 cm. The pseudostem is about 33 cm long and 1.2 cm thick. The number of leaves of the whole plant is 1213, the maximum leaf length is 42 cm, and the maximum leaf width is 2.5 cm. The cultivation of green garlic has the advantages of saving seed, fast growth, strong aroma and good quality. It has become the leading variety of garlic in Shengzhou.
