How to judge the illness of pond fish

Fish live in water and are not easy to detect when they are sick. To know if farmed fish are sick, you should first understand the difference between sick fish and healthy fish. Production can generally be judged from the following situations.

1. Judging from the feeding situation, in the case of little change in environmental factors such as weather and water temperature, if the amount of fish eating suddenly drops, or even stops eating, it may be a fish disease.

2. Judging from the activity situation, if there are fish swimming alone on the surface (water), moving slowly or floating on the shore; some fish show impatience, swimming wildly in the water, circling or often jumping out of the water surface, or tail often raised above the water surface and other abnormal situations, are signs of fish illness.

3. Judging from the body color of the fish, healthy fish body color is normal, and most of the sick fish will have body color changes, such as fish body turning black, body color becoming pale, red or white. If dead fish have appeared in the pond, the possibility of fish disease is very high.

From the above several cases can be initially judged whether the cultured fish is sick, the key is to insist on regular inspection in peacetime, pay attention to observation, master the situation. Once the fish activity is found to have changed, it should be investigated and analyzed from various aspects to find out the reasons, so as to prevent and control the right medicine, thus reducing the loss.
