Silver carp, also known as silver carp. It is a large freshwater fish that feeds mainly on aquatic plankton. Silver carp grows fast and its economic value is relatively high. It is valued by freshwater aquaculture and is one of the important varieties in mixed@#@233@#@pond. Silver carp inhabits in the middle and upper layers of water. In natural rivers and lakes, the largest individual can reach more than 20 kg, and in ponds, the largest individual is 10-15 kg. Silver carp has the characteristics of fast growth, few diseases and no need for special artificial feeding. Therefore, although the meat taste is not as good as herring and grass carp, it is still the main body of pond culture, especially suburban fish culture, and its output ranks first.

1, choose suitable fish pond: fish pond area to 3500--4000 square meters is the best, water depth of more than 2m, no leakage, sufficient water, easy to inject drainage. If the yield is more than 500kg/667 square meters, every 667 square meters pond should also be equipped with about 0.5 kw aeration equipment.

2. Cultivate palatable bait: Silver carp mainly eats phytoplankton (including bacteria attached to algae). At the fry stage (about 15 mm in length), they feed on zooplankton and artificially fed soybean milk. Silver carp is a typical fish that ingests algae. The main components eaten by silver carp are various diatoms, dinoflagellates, golden algae, xanthophyta, etc. Rotifers, small crustaceans and protozoa also appear in the intestine. Larger cladoceras and copepods are rarely eaten. Therefore, Gymboree bacterial fertilizer should be regularly applied to the pond to ensure an adequate supply of algae.

3. Strengthen water quality management: Although silver carp rarely get sick, it should still keep the water quality clean and fat. In addition to regular replenishment of new water to drain part of the old water, but also should often apply golden baby bacterial fertilizer, water transparency can be maintained at about 30cm-40cm. In the middle and late September, gradually reduce the number of times of adding water, and at the same time apply chemical fertilizer once every 7--10 days. Urea 1.5--2.5kg and phosphate fertilizer 2.5--5kg can be applied every 667 square meters of fish pond.

4. Prevention and control of fish diseases: at the end of July and the end of August, 20g/m3 of quicklime was sprinkled once in the whole pool, and 0.5 g/m3 of crystalline trichlorfon and 0.2 g/m3 of ferrous sulfate were sprinkled in the whole pool in mid-August and mid-September. Furazolidone bait should be fed for 2 courses between mid-August and mid-September. The food table should also be cleaned frequently or disinfected with bleaching powder.
