Introduction of improved breed: Petrand pig
It is native to Brabant region of Belgium. From 1919 to 1920, local pigs were crossbred with French Beyeux pigs near Brabant, Belgium, and then introduced into the blood of British Tamworth pigs. It was recognized by European countries in 1955 and was a more popular pig breed in Europe in recent ten years.
Physique and appearance: the body is square, wide and short, the limbs are short and the bones are thin, and the muscles are particularly developed. The coat is gray, sandwiched with black patches and some red hairs. The ears are medium-sized and lean forward.
Production performance: the average litter size is 9.7 and the backfat is thin. According to reports, the lean percentage of 90kg live weight carcass is as high as 66.9%.
This breed was introduced into pure breeding and expansion in 1994. Because of its high carcass lean percentage, it is a good terminal parent pig in the hybrid system. The growth rate of this pig breed slows down significantly and consumes a lot of feed after 90kg, so it belongs to stress-sensitive pig breed. It is best to use it to cross with Duroc pig or Hampshire pig, F1 generation boar as the terminal male parent, which can not only improve the lean percentage, but also prevent the emergence of PSE pork.

Prevention and treatment of fallopian tube cyst in chicken
Content: in recent years, a disease characterized by low laying rate, tubal dysplasia or stagnant water appeared in laying hens, which mostly occurred between 150 and 200 days old, and there was no cure after the disease, so it could only be eliminated with huge losses. Through epidemiological study and experimental detection, it is considered that the disease is caused by infectious bronchitis virus. 1. Epidemiology can occur in all breeds of the disease, and it mostly occurred in parental breeder flocks before 2000. In recent years, the incidence of commercial chickens has increased significantly. Several matters needing attention in the fine management of conservation pigs
In today's large-scale farms, most of them use excellent varieties with high production performance, and the relative litter size and survival rate of sows are relatively high, so what is the key stage related to the success of breeding? Practice shows that it is the conservation stage of piglets. The conservation phase is a transit station, which usually starts 10 days after weaning and ends with a weight of 30 kilograms. This is the key stage related to the benefit of the whole farm. This stage is the turning point of pig physiology and individual change, from small to big, a process of gradual growth. This stage is both
