Characteristics: shrub type, middle leaf type, early species. The tree is erect, the branches are dense, and the leaves are obliquely planted. The leaf is long oval, the leaf color is green, has the luster, the leaf body slightly infold, the leaf surface is flat. The bud leaves are yellowish green, the hairs are medium, and the buds weigh 49.3 grams. The dry sample of spring tea contains 4.7% amino acids, 28.5% tea polyphenols and 12.1% total catechins. It is suitable for making green tea, and its quality is the same as Fuding Dabai tea. Strong cold resistance.

Yield performance: from 1990 to 1994, regional tests were conducted in the buried hill of Jiangbei tea area and Huizhou of Jiangnan tea area. The yield per mu of buried hill was 287 kg, which was 124.9% higher than that of Anhui No. 3. The yield per mu in Huizhou is 230 kg, 24.5% higher than Anhui No.1. During the national regional trial from 1997 to 2001, it was 15.56% higher than the control Fuding Dabai tea in Hangzhou and 45.23% lower in Xinyang.

Main points of cultivation techniques: the plant is erect, the first stereotyped pruning can be slightly lower, and the second year can be pruned twice; spring topdressing is carried out in Jiangnan tea area in late February and Jiangbei tea area in early March.
