Last Updated: 2024/09/19, The cultivation of Gastrodia elata in plastic bags is usually carried out from October to November. 1. Polyethylene plastic bags with length of 45-50 cm and width of 28 cm are made by planting flax with bacteria sticks in plastic bags. The interior of the plastic bag is disinfected with 0.2% potassium permanganate aqueous solution, a small amount of basic culture material and small pieces of wood (preferably humus soil) are loaded at the bottom, and then two high-quality bacterial sticks with a diameter of 5-6 cm and a length of 20 cm are placed (if the diameter of the stick is greater than 7 cm, you can also put one). While filling the bag with humus.

The cultivation of Gastrodia elata in plastic bags is usually carried out from October to November.

While filling the bag with humus soil, while putting rice hemp around the stick, put all 25 grams of rice hemp into the culture material until the culture material is 20 centimeters high. Tuck in the cotton balls, tie the mouth gently with a rope, and put all the plastic bags on the bedstead. The bed frame is the same as the one planted in bottles of Gastrodia elata.

Using this method of planting flax must use high-quality bacterial sticks, and there is no miscellaneous bacteria pollution, and the humidity when planting flax is 30% Murray 35%, making it dormant. When it comes to the growing period, increase moisture so that the humidity reaches 65%. Bag planting Gastrodia elata is mainly temperature management. During the vigorous growth period of Gastrodia elata, the temperature in the bag should be controlled at 25 ℃, not more than 25 ℃, until the beginning of flax in autumn.

In the later stage of growth, once it is found that Armillaria mellea is aging in the bag, the fresh fungal cord no longer grows, which indicates that there is lack of oxygen in the bag, and several small holes can be pierced around the plastic bag to facilitate ventilation. In autumn, the holes should be pierced too much and large, so that the water in the bag will be lost to prevent the flax from rotting.

Always disinfect the room, keep it hygienic and prevent the harm of rats.

2. The size of the plastic bag planted with wood blocks in the plastic bag is the same as above. The following culture materials are packed in polypropylene plastic bags: 91% sawdust, 5% corn flour, 2% calcium superphosphate and 2% sugar. Mix the material with 10% potato water to make the humidity reach 65%. Pack to 1 stroke 4 of the bag, sterilize under high pressure, cool, and receive Armillaria mellea strain. Cultured under the condition of 20 ℃ and 25 mol for 2 months, the mycelium cord grew all over the material surface.

In the sterile room, open the plastic bag without any miscellaneous bacteria pollution and Armillaria mellea growing well, first load all kinds of small pieces of wood and fresh bark that have been sterilized with potassium permanganate, fresh bark (not pine), and then install humus soil, plant flax, and then install bark, wood blocks, humus soil, and then plant flax. The amount of hemp seed is 25 grams. The bag is mainly composed of wood blocks and bark, and humus soil only plays a filling role. After planting hemp, make the bag 20 cm high, plug the mouth with cotton plug (there is a brief gap between cotton plug and humus soil), and gently tie the plastic mouth with rope. In order to increase air permeability, it is best to add a small amount of clean sand to the humus. When planting flax, the culture humidity should be about 35%.

Put all the plastic bags on the bedstead. The size and height of the bedstead are the same as above. After putting it away (October to November), let Gastrodia elata dormancy. After 50 days, the dormancy period was over, and the Armillaria mellea in the bag grew gradually under suitable temperature. After 20-30 days, Gastrodia elata was inoculated with Armillaria mellea and Gastrodia elata began to germinate. When the temperature in the bag reached 25 ℃ and the humidity was 65%, Gastrodia elata began to enter the peak growing season.

Management of the growing period of Gastrodia elata: in the process of growth, the moisture in the bag is suitable, there is no need to water, mainly temperature management, so that the temperature in the bag is kept at 25 ℃ and constant temperature. If there is miscellaneous bacteria contamination in the bag, 0.02% potassium permanganate aqueous solution can be dripped with a syringe. Wherever there are miscellaneous bacteria, you can inject them, but do not inject more. The prevention of miscellaneous bacteria pollution is the key to the success or failure of Gastrodia elata cultivated in plastic bags. In the middle and later stage of the growth of Gastrodia elata, a few small holes can be pierced around the plastic bag to facilitate ventilation and make Gastrodia elata grow well.
