What tools and equipment are needed for cultivating Armillaria mellea in Gastrodia elata
Bacteria culture is a highly technical and meticulous work, which must have considerable technical level and necessary equipment and tools. The main equipment and tools required are:
① sterile box: aseptic box, also known as inoculation box, is a small box made of wood and glass, which can be airtight and easy to fumigate with drugs to prevent miscellaneous bacteria infection. The front and rear of the aseptic box is equipped with open and closed glass windows, two holes are opened below, and cloth covers are installed at the opening, and both hands can be extended into the box to operate. The top of the box is equipped with fluorescent lamp or ultraviolet sterilization lamp.
② sterile room: like the sterile box, it should be tightly closed and easy to disinfect. Because of the larger area, the requirements are more stringent. Only when the production quantity is large, the inoculation room should be used.
③ sterilization pot: the sterilization pot is a closed pot, which can increase the steam temperature in the pot and kill miscellaneous bacteria to achieve the purpose of sterilization. According to the scale and economic conditions, high-pressure sterilizer or automatic soil steamer can be used. The earth steamer can be built by brick-wood structure or by brick structure alone.
④ spore collector: it is a device for collecting spores of fungi, including petri dish, perforated bell cover, tripod and so on.
⑤ strain bottle: it is best to use a colored glass bottle, which can not only shade the light but also facilitate the inspection of mycelium growth and the presence of miscellaneous bacteria in the bottle. The capacity of the bottle is about 750ml and the caliber is about 3cm. If it is too large, it is easy for miscellaneous bacteria to invade and it is difficult to keep warm. If it is too small, it is difficult to load and it is inconvenient to take seeds.
⑥ disinfection drugs: formaldehyde (formalin), carbonic acid, potassium permanganate, ethanol (alcohol), bromogeramine (Lysol), mercury and so on.
⑦ medium supplies: potato, Agar (also known as cabbage), glucose, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, magnesium sulfate and so on.
⑧ other items: inoculum needle, tweezers, alcohol lamp, test tube, triangle bottle and ultraviolet lamp, etc. Inoculation needles can be made with stainless steel strips.

Indoor high-yield cultivation methods of Gastrodia elata bonsai
Gastrodia elata is a valuable traditional Chinese medicine with sweet taste and smooth nature. it has the effect of calming the liver and calming the wind, lowering blood pressure and calming the nerve. it mainly treats dizziness, numbness of limbs, hypertension, epilepsy and other diseases. Wang Jian, secretary of the Party Branch of Da Village, Huangwan Township, Emeishan City, Sichuan Province, successfully used Emei Mountain's rich wild Gastrodia elata and Armillaria mellea to cultivate Gastrodia elata bonsai. First, growth conditions. Gastrodia elata relies on Armillaria mellea to absorb nutrients from wood and rotten leaves for its growth, development and expansion. The stem has no roots, no leaves, and no photosynthesis. In

Production technology of Armillaria mellea and germinating bacteria of Gastrodia elata
Artificial cultivation of Gastrodia elata needs two kinds of symbiotic bacteria: germinating bacteria and Armillaria mellea in the process of sexual reproduction. In the production practice, the author found out the culture medium and production technology which can grow both of the two kinds of symbiotic bacteria. The specific practices are as follows. 1. Liquid culture medium: potato (sprouting, peeling, slicing) 100g, hard sawdust, wheat bran, corn flour 50g each, tap water or natural water 1300mL, boiled in a double pot for 30 minutes, then filtered with double gauze. Take filtrate to replenish water to 1000mL
