Method of operation: wash Pleurotus ostreatus, remove the root, scald it with boiling water, fish it in cold water and cool it, squeeze out the water and cut it into shreds. Wash the kelp, cut it into shreds, blanch it in a boiling water pan, remove and drain. Wash the carrots and cut into shreds.

Heat the pan with oil, add chopped onions and shredded ginger, add shredded mushrooms, shredded kelp and shredded carrots, stir-fry, add cooking wine, salt, soy sauce and fresh soup, boil with monosodium glutamate, thicken with water and starch, sprinkle with sesame oil.
