High yield of Pleurotus ostreatus covered with stick soil
Bagged inoculation: fresh cottonseed shell was added with 1% gypsum, 1% lime and 0.10% carbendazim, and the ratio of material to water was 1: 1.3: 1: 1.5. Mix well, accumulate and ferment on the cement floor for 5 days, then bag it. When bagging, fasten one end of the canister firmly, fill it with a few bacteria, and then when loading to half of the bag, sow 6 red jujube-sized bacteria on the edge of the material, then continue to fill the bag, sprinkle a layer of bacteria on the surface of the bag, and fasten the mouth of the bag.
Disinfect bacteria in pouch: the method of bacteria in pouch varies with season. When cultivating in spring (January-February), the bacterial bags should be stacked as tight and high as possible to increase the temperature of the material and promote the rapid growth of mycelium. Generally, the mycelium can be full in about 20 days.
Take off the bag and cover the soil: remove the bacterial stick from the bag and arrange it vertically in the border (the contaminated one faces down), fill the gap with soil (the soil is fertile soil in the field), cover the stick with 1ml 2cm thick soil, and then spray the soil wet. Finally, the bamboo pole is used to form a bow-shaped scaffolding on the border, which can be covered with plastic film.
10 days after covering the soil, the soil filled with space and bag surface will be covered with mycelium. At this time, the covering soil should be gently removed, and the bacterial stick should be slightly exposed. 5 days later, the bacterial buds will appear.
At this time, the ambient humidity should be controlled at 85% Murray 90%, and the air should be kept fresh. A few days later, it can be harvested when the edge of the cap is about to be unfolded, and it should be collected at one time. After harvesting, sprinkle a layer of plant ash and spray 0.3% urea solution, then pour thoroughly with water, and then cover the fine soil with a thickness of 2 cm. After 5 days, remove the soil and continue to manage according to the previous method, so that you can harvest 8Mel and 9 crops of Pleurotus ostreatus.

Four skills of Pleurotus ostreatus bag ventilation
Bag cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus has the advantages of low cost, high benefit and convenient management, but the direct use of rope in bag cultivation often causes poor ventilation, affects bacteria, causes pollution, and even leads to cultivation failure. Now introduce several ventilation skills: one is the ventilation plug method. Wheat straw, cotton wool and so on are used as materials and stuck at both ends of the bacterial bag to form a ventilation plug. The size of the plug depends on the size of the bacterial bag, large bags with large plugs, small bags with small plugs; also depends on the germ temperature, when the germ temperature is low, the plug can be smaller, and vice versa. The second is the ring method. Horn rings and sets can be purchased.

Simple fresh-keeping Technology of Pleurotus ostreatus
Under general conditions, Pleurotus ostreatus is difficult to store and its shelf life is short. After picking for 2 days, the freshness of Pleurotus ostreatus decreased greatly, and the mushroom noodles turned yellow and appeared peculiar smell. During the peak period of mushroom production, a large number of fresh mushrooms are concentrated on the market, resulting in a big drop in mushroom prices; on the other hand, in the off-season and cities far away from mushroom areas, there is no goods to sell because of the lack of mushroom sources. For this reason, this paper briefly introduces the study on the storage and preservation of Pleurotus ostreatus. Methods: 80% mature Pleurotus ostreatus were harvested, diseases, insects and damaged mushrooms were removed, placed in a clean, cool and ventilated place, and then air-cooled for 1-1.5 days with an exhaust fan.
