Five key points of Disease Prevention in Pleurotus ostreatus Wall cultivation
Disinfection treatment of fill when cultivating mushroom mushroom wall, clean soil must be taken from the fill and disinfected before use. Two kinds of filling should be prepared: one is for edge sealing, and the sticky soil should be selected to prevent the bacterial wall from leaking; the other is for internal filling, and fertile vegetable garden soil should be selected. No matter what kind of soil, dig below 10 cm of the ground surface and bask in the sun for 3-4 days, then add 1% lime and 0.1% carbendazim to mix and disinfect, and add 0.5% phosphate fertilizer and 0.3% urea to the nutritious soil for internal filling.
The bacterial bag should not be too long. The length of the bacterial bag should be 25 cm.
The bacterial wall should not be removed as soon as the bacterial bag is full of hyphae, but should be built again after spitting yellow water (reaching physiological maturity) or when the primordium begins to form. When building the wall, the physiological maturity is consistent with each other, so that the mushroom is neat and easy to manage.
Water replenishment should be timely and appropriate according to the physiological needs of Pleurotus ostreatus and the dry and wet conditions of soil and materials. In the early stage, the high water content in the bacterial bag should be replenished less, so that the soil moisture can reach 20%. After picking a tide of mushrooms, you can replenish the water for one time (should be carried out a few days after stopping the water to keep the bacteria). Be careful not to replenish water too hard to prevent leakage.
After adjusting the humidity of the air and the material surface, we should not only add water to the bacteria wall, but also humidify the air to keep the material surface moist. And keep the air humidity at about 80%.

Causes and Countermeasures of delayed emergence of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium after eating food
In the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus, it is sometimes encountered that the mycelium of some bacterial bags or bricks grow well, but do not produce mushrooms for a long time after eating completely. The main reasons and remedies are as follows: 1. The varieties of Pleurotus ostreatus do not match with the selection of season. The temperature gap between the temperature type of strain and that of cultivation is too large, which can also be said to be the improper choice of sowing time. If the medium and low temperature type of Pleurotus ostreatus is sown at the turn of spring and summer, it is difficult to produce mushrooms in the high temperature season after the mycelium is full. Remedy: dig grooves in the shade to cover the soil for the summer, and remove it when the autumn is cool.

What to do when the lid of Pleurotus ostreatus grows pimples?
This kind of situation generally occurs in winter, the upper part of the cap, especially the edge, is covered with pimples of different sizes, and when it is serious, the whole cap is covered with bumps. After forming a pimple, the fruiting body grows very slowly. The disease affects the quality and output of goods. The main reasons for pimples are as follows: (1) raise the temperature of indoor fire and form carbon dioxide accumulation. (2) the culture bag was close to the tuyere, and cold wind stimulation caused the imbalance of cell growth inside and outside the lid of Pleurotus ostreatus. Prevention and treatment: strengthen ventilation and get rid of all the bumps.
