Moisture-preserving high-yield cultivation method of Pleurotus ostreatus
At present, the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation is often not high, and the quality is not ideal, the main reason is that the moisturizing measures are not in place in the cultivation process, especially the water content of the culture material is not suitable after Pleurotus ostreatus is harvested. As a result, the yield of the latter crop is not as good as that of the previous crop, and the quality of the mushroom is getting worse and worse. How to make the yield of each crop of Pleurotus ostreatus balanced, high yield and high quality, the key is to do a good job of scientific moisturizing of culture materials.
1. The wall-covered soil moisturizer in the shed lays a 15murmur20cm thick soil ridge according to the length of the bacterial bag, removes the plastic bag from which the good bacteria are about to produce mushrooms, and neatly discharges the bacterial sticks on the soil ridges, each row is covered with 3Muth4cm thick soil, both sides of the soil are sprayed with water and smoothed with mud, and then discharge the second layer of bacterial sticks and cover the soil, the top layer is still covered with soil and smooth. Spray a flood behind the wall to make the covered soil absorb enough water. This method can increase the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus by 50% and 90%.
Second, the mouth of the bag is covered with nutritious soil to moisturize and obtain fertile soil and 5 kg of plant ash. Add water to grasp a handful of soil and release it at a height of 1 meter. It is appropriate for the soil to fall to the ground and spread out. Bagging cultivation and management is the same as the conventional method, except that the nutrient soil with a thickness of 3cm is filled at each end of the bag, and the nutritious soil is sprayed with water twice a day during the mushroom emergence period. This method can increase the output by about 50%.
3. When planting Pleurotus ostreatus with soil covering and moisturizing in Yang bed cultivation, after bag planting Pleurotus ostreatus, take off the bag and sun for 2 days, so that the surface of the stick is covered with a layer of skin, so as to prevent the invasion of diseases and insects and inhibit the occurrence of too many fruiting bodies. Cut longitudinally with a sterilized kitchen knife, cut upward on the sunny border, fill the gap with fine sand, then cover 2murmur3cm thick fine soil, and finally pour into the aqueous solution with calcium superphosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and white sugar, with a ratio of 2VR, 0.2v, 100. The output can be increased by 80% by this method.

Three skills of moisturizing Pleurotus ostreatus
At present, the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus is more common in rural areas, but the yield is not high, mainly due to the low water content of Pleurotus ostreatus after harvest. But at this time, the mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus has been covered with the whole culture material, so it is difficult to replenish water. How to make the culture material moisturizing and producing more mushrooms has become an important factor in the high yield of Pleurotus ostreatus. There are three skills: first, the bacteria stick wall-covered soil moisturizing in the shed according to the long bottom of the bacteria bag to lay a 15-20 cm thick ridge, the bacteria are about to produce mushroom bag to remove the plastic bag (called bacteria bag). Put the stick neatly

Pleurotus ostreatus
In recent years, a serious new disease occurred in Pleurotus ostreatus production. Most of the disease occurred after the first harvest, and a few occurred after the second or third harvest. At the beginning of the disease, a small number of white dots grow on the surface of Pleurotus ostreatus culture material, which are tumor-shaped, very similar to the undifferentiated Pleurotus ostreatus fruit body primordium, gradually grow into a piece, and later become brown. The disease is highly infectious. Once it occurs, it no longer produces mushrooms normally. The cultivation personnel call this disease "white lump disease". According to relevant information, this disease has occurred in Japanese mushroom logs, called "big button
