Three skills of moisturizing Pleurotus ostreatus
At present, the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus is more common in rural areas, but the yield is not high, mainly due to the low water content of Pleurotus ostreatus after harvest. But at this time, the mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus has been covered with the whole culture material, so it is difficult to replenish water. How to make the culture material moisturizing and producing more mushrooms has become an important factor in the high yield of Pleurotus ostreatus. There are three techniques:
First, the bacteria stick wall-covered soil moisturizing in the shed according to the long bottom of the bacteria bag to lay a 15-20 cm thick ridge, the bacteria are about to produce mushroom bag to remove the plastic bag (called bacteria bag). Put the stick neatly on the ridge of the soil. Each row is covered with soil 3 to 4 centimeters thick. Spray water on both sides of the soil and smooth it with mud. Then discharge the second layer of bacterial sticks and cover the soil, which can discharge 6 to 9 layers, and the top layer should still be covered with soil and smooth. Spray a big fire behind the wall to make the covered soil absorb enough water. From now on, spray water every day to keep the soil moist, according to the routine management of mushrooms. This method can increase the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus by 50% to 90%.
Second, the bag mouth covered with nutritious soil moisturizing nutrient soil formula is: fertile soil 45 kg, plant ash 5 kg, adding water to grasp a handful of soil at a height of 1 meter to release, the soil can fall to the ground and spread out. Bagging cultivation and management is the same as the conventional method, except that nutrient soil with a thickness of 2 to 3 cm is placed at each end of the bag. During the mushroom period, the nutritious soil should be sprayed with water once or twice a day, and other management should be carried out as usual. This method can increase the output by about 50%.
Third, after planting Pleurotus ostreatus in soil-covered moisturizing bag, Pleurotus ostreatus was harvested and dried for 1 to 2 days, so that the surface of the stick was covered with a layer of skin, so as to prevent the invasion of diseases and insect pests and inhibit the occurrence of too many fruiting bodies. Cut it longitudinally with a sterilized kitchen knife and arrange it on the sunny border facing up. The gap is filled with fine sand and then covered with fine soil 2 to 3 centimeters thick. Finally, the water solution containing calcium superphosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and white sugar was added in a ratio of 2 to 0.2 and 1 to 100, which was managed according to routine management. This method can increase the output by more than 80%.

Five methods for keeping Pleurotus ostreatus fresh
Fresh Pleurotus ostreatus can be stored fresh because it is difficult to sell in a short time due to the influence of the market. The storage time of fresh Pleurotus ostreatus at room temperature is greatly affected by temperature and air humidity. When the room temperature is 3 ℃ ~ 5 ℃ and the air relative humidity is about 80%, the fresh mushrooms can be stored for a week. When the amount of mushrooms is small, Pleurotus ostreatus can be sealed in a jar filled with a small amount of cold water, and the temperature can be stored for about a week even if the temperature reaches 15 ℃ ~ 16 ℃. Pleurotus ostreatus can also be completely immersed in cold water, but the water must be clean and hygienic, and the iron content in the water should be less than 2 millimeters per liter.

Moisture-preserving high-yield cultivation method of Pleurotus ostreatus
At present, the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation is often not high, and the quality is not ideal, the main reason is that the moisture preservation measures in the cultivation process are not in place, especially the moisture content of the culture medium after the Pleurotus ostreatus is harvested is not suitable, resulting in the yield of the next crop is not as good as that of the previous crop, and the mushroom quality is getting worse and worse. How to make the yield of each crop of Pleurotus ostreatus balanced, high yield and high quality, the key is to do a good job of scientific moisture retention of culture materials. 1. The bacteria stick wall-type soil covering moisture is laid in the shed according to the length of the bacteria bag, and a 15 - 20 cm thick soil ridge is laid.
