I. production of baked rice noodles

After leaving the machine, the extruded grain is crushed into the grinder. The powder passes through the 100-mesh sieve hole, and the material under the sieve is baked rice flour.

Second, the production process

1. Raw material formula (%). Baked glutinous rice flour 43, sugar powder 40, lily powder 8. Vegetable oil 2, sesame powder 3, soybean milk 4.

2. Technological process. Raw materials white sugar powder, vegetable oil, soybean milk mixing baking powder, lily powder, sesame powder → scrub cake → sifted → cake → steamed cake → cooling → slices → baking → cooling → packaging → products.

3. Production. Wash and dry the lilies and sesame seeds and crush them into 100-mesh fine powder. Wipe cake: mix baked rice noodles, lily powder and sesame powder, put them on the board to make a concave shape, pour in the white sugar powder, vegetable oil and soybean milk, mix and rub. The powder rubbed is damp but not sticky, and it can agglomerate by hand squeezing. Sieving and cake pressing: after the powder is rubbed, sieve with 16 mesh to make the powder size uniform, dry and wet properly. After sieving, put it into a wooden frame with a height of 3 cm and a length of 40 cm × 40 cm, scrape it flat and knot it. Steaming cake, cooling, slicing: put the shaped billet cake mold into a steamer, steam for 5-8 minutes, remove and cool and cut into cake slices. Bake, cool and pack; put the lily cake cut into the oven and bake at 120 ℃ for 5-10 minutes, remove and cool and pack.
