Characteristics and cultivation points of three-season Pear
Variety source: Sanji pear originated in France and preserved by Dalian Agricultural Science Research Institute.
Characteristics: the crown of three-season pear is inverted conical, the young trees are upright, and the adult trees are semi-open. The flower buds germinated in late March, flowered from late April to early May in Dalian, and the fruit was harvested in early August. Generally, it began to bear fruit 3-4 years after planting, and entered the full fruit stage in 8-10 years. The plant yield was 50-100kg and the yield per mu was 3000kg. The ability to resist black leaf disease is medium, the ability to resist insects is strong, the ability to resist cold is medium, and it is more resistant to wind. The fruit is large, the average weight of single fruit is 202.7g, the maximum weight of fruit is 247g, it is gourd-shaped, the pericarp is yellowish green and turns green after ripening. The flesh is yellowish-white, fine, soft, less stone cells, more juice, sweet and sour taste, soluble solids content of 10.4-12.6%, with clear flavor, medium-to-high quality.
Main points of cultivation: the row spacing of planting plants is 3 × 5m or 2.5 × 5.5m, and 40-53 plants are planted per mu. The evacuation stratification or spindle pruning of apple trees is adopted to give consideration to short cutting, thinning and slow release, but there can be a little more backbone branches. Strengthen fertilizer and water management and apply more organic fertilizer to catch the budding stage of overwintering larvae of pear borer and the control of 3rd and 4th generation larvae of pear borer. Prevention and treatment of black leaf disease should pay attention to less Bordeaux liquid, try to use other fungicides such as methyl topiramate and so on.
