Characteristics: This variety belongs to Indica three-line hybrid rice. The average growth period of double cropping late rice planted in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River is 121.3 days, which is 3.4 days later than that of control Shanyou 46. Plant height 108.1 cm, stem stout, plant type moderate, luxuriant growth, long sword leaves. The effective panicles per mu were 169,000, panicle length 24.7 cm, total grains per panicle 165.9, seed setting rate 73.8%, 1000-grain weight 25.0 g. Resistance: blast 9, bacterial blight 7, brown planthopper 9. Main rice quality indexes: head rice rate 59.9%, length/width ratio 3.2, chalkiness rate 19%, chalkiness degree 2.3%, gel consistency 67 mm, amylose content 21.6%.
