Stewed black fish with garlic

Practice: kill the black fish, eviscerate and rinse. Dip the fish in dry starch and fry them with 40% hot oil. Stir-fry garlic cloves slightly with oil and don't paste them out. Put water, yellow rice wine, soy sauce and monosodium glutamate in the pan, put the fried fish and garlic cloves into the pot, simmer over low heat, and add starch to collect the soup.
