Last Updated: 2024/11/05, Should be divided into the following steps: (1) seed hemp should choose fresh and complete, disease-free, frostbite-free white flax or rice hemp. The planting period is from October to May of the following year. When the ground temperature rose in April of the following year and Gastrodia elata began to grow (10 ℃ 15 ℃), Armillaria mellea (6 Mel 8 Gastrodia elata began to grow) could provide Gastrodia elata nutrition. (2) fixed bacterial bed cultivation. In the original bacterial material culture hole, first remove the pit cover of the fixed fungus material, take out the upper layer fungus material, and then remove the filler on the fixed fungus material. Do not move the fungus after the bottom fixed fungus appears.

The steps are as follows:

(1) Seed hemp should be fresh and complete, disease-free, frostbite-free white hemp or rice hemp. The planting period is from October to May of the following year. In April of the following year, the ground temperature rose, and when Gastrodia elata began to grow (10 - 15℃), Armillaria mellea (6 - 8℃) could supply Gastrodia elata nutrition.

(2) Fixed bacterial bed cultivation method. The method is carried out in a culture hole of an original bacterial material, wherein the hole cover of the fixed bacterial material is firstly peeled off, the upper bacterial material is taken out, and then the filler on the fixed bacterial material is peeled off. After the bacteria material is fixed at the bottom layer, do not move the bacteria material. Remove the soil and other fillers on both sides of the bacteria material to expose the underside of both sides of the bacteria material. When sowing, place 1 hemp seed every 13 cm on the lower side of both sides of the fungus material, place 1 hemp seed at each end of the fungus material, and place 8 - 10 hemp seeds for each fungus material. After the hemp seeds are placed, fresh wood roots are added between the two fungi, and then mulch (such as oak leaves, rice husks, sand, humus soil, etc.) is filled until the fungi are not found. After the first layer is planted, cultivate the second layer according to the above method, cover the soil between the upper and lower layers of fungi 7 cm, cover a layer of leaves, and then cover the pit with soil 10 - 20 cm. Single layer seed cultivation: 0.5 kg per pit, double layer seed cultivation 0.75 kg.

(3) Management. Check the temperature and humidity in the pit frequently. Thickening cover before winter and covering leaves to prevent freezing; covering leaves and branches on pits in summer, watering properly to reduce the temperature in pits, and clearing ditches and draining water in rainy season to prevent rain washing. In dry season, water should be properly watered to keep the soil moist; in spring and autumn, light should be enhanced to increase the temperature of pits to facilitate the growth of Gastrodia elata.
