Blue mushroom: during the growth of the mushroom body, a blue halo occurs on the edge of the mushroom cap, and even the whole mushroom body turns blue-black, which does not fade until harvest. Preventive measures: it is better to use daylight, heating, electric heating and other methods to increase temperature. If firewood and coal are used to increase the temperature, closed heat transfer and smoke exhaust pipes should be installed, and it is not suitable to build the stove directly in the mushroom room. 2. Pleurotus ostreatus: after the occurrence of primordium, the differentiation of cap is not consistent with the rate of development, which is characterized by long stalk, thick and thin bottom, no umbrella and bacteria.

2. Pleurotus ostreatus: after the occurrence of the primordium, the differentiation of the cap is not consistent with the rate of development, which is characterized by a long stalk, a thick and thin bottom, but no umbrella, and the diameter of the cap is smaller than that of the stalk, forming a big foot deformity.

Preventive measures: pay attention to ventilation and reasonable water spraying. Even if you encounter continuous low temperature weather, the mushroom production period should be controlled within the time of high temperature of the day, a short period of ventilation should be carried out, and water should be sprayed frequently, but not too heavy at one time.

3. Pleurotus ostreatus: tumor-like or granular protrusions appear on the surface of the cap, which is called blistering or wrinkling in the mushroom, and the growth of the bacteria is slow. In severe cases, the cap shrinks and the mushroom body stops growing.

Preventive measures: when planting Pleurotus ostreatus in winter, we must find out the lowest temperature that the cultivated varieties can withstand for normal growth and development, do a good job of heat preservation and temperature increase, and control the temperature of the mushroom bed. When adopting variable temperature stimulation measures, it should also be controlled within the suitable temperature range of mushroom body development, and the cooling process should not take too long. In general, the medium temperature type should be controlled above 8 ℃, and the low temperature type should be controlled above 0 ℃.
