The production of Pleurotus ostreatus in winter and spring greenhouse should pay attention to the bad weather
In winter and spring, snow, cold current, strong wind, long-term overcast fog, continuous low temperature and other bad weather often come unexpectedly, light will cause yield reduction and quality reduction of Pleurotus ostreatus, serious will cause no harvest of Pleurotus ostreatus. Therefore, prevention and response to severe weather should be strengthened.
The main preventive measures are to wipe the shed film and improve the transmittance; check the greenhouse facilities to ensure the thermal insulation performance of the greenhouse; prepare the straw cover, the old shed film and other thermal insulation and warming articles.
Response management measures
Cold current and strong wind cooling weather: cold current and strong wind before the arrival, should block the vent, cover the tent film, and cover a layer of good old film on the straw mat. When the wind is strong, 2~3 thick ropes or No.8 iron wires are set on the straw mat along the east-west direction, and both sides are fixed with wooden piles, which can resist 6~7 strong winds. After the temperature drops, the straw cover should be uncovered late and early, and ventilation should be used at noon to facilitate heat preservation and moisture retention. When the wind is strong, roll the straw mat to 1/3 to 1/2 of the greenhouse depending on the wind force. In addition, the strong wind is easy to take away the moisture on the mushroom body in the shed, resulting in dry edge of mushroom cover, so the space in the shed should be sprayed continuously to maintain relative humidity.
Snowfall weather: should listen to the weather forecast in time, before the arrival of heavy snow, for some large span, column less greenhouse, must add temporary columns, support arch, prevent problems before they occur. At the same time, cover a layer of intact old film on the greenhouse straw mat, cover the whole greenhouse tightly, and press it firmly with bricks around. After the snow stops, the snow should be cleaned immediately. If it snows continuously, it should be cleaned as it falls, so as to prevent the greenhouse from collapsing due to too thick snow. After the weather turns clear, the straw mat should be uncovered immediately. If the light is too strong, the straw mat should be covered around noon to ensure that the mushroom will not be "shined mushroom" due to strong light. 2~3 days after snow, ice and snow begin to melt. At this time, the temperature is low, so the straw mat should be removed late and covered early, that is, after 10 a.m., the straw mat should be removed and covered at 3~4 p.m. Ventilation should be carried out at noon when the temperature is higher.
Long-term cloudy fog weather: winter and spring season for a long time cloudy fog weather is often accompanied by low temperature, in this period of time, as long as the temperature conditions allow, should open the grass cover to use scattered light to increase the temperature in the shed. If there are many mushrooms in the shed, ventilation can be carried out for 1~2 hours at noon, and if there are few mushrooms, ventilation can be carried out once every 3~5 days. And pay attention to artificial humidification.
Continuous low temperature weather: If the temperature is below-7℃ for more than 3 consecutive days, warming measures should be taken to ensure that no freezing damage occurs. One is to build a small arch shed in the shed. The second is to take artificial heating measures, but must pay attention not to use open fire, otherwise the carbon monoxide produced will not be emitted, affecting the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus, and it is easy to cause fire.

High quality cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus in winter and spring imitating wild
The Pleurotus ostreatus produced by imitating wild cultivation technology can not only taste like wild delicacy, but also achieve high ecological quality and high yield. Even in the cold winter and low temperature in early spring, the high quality Pleurotus ostreatus can be produced by making full use of the ground temperature in the relatively closed shade shed. The yield of this method is more than 60% higher than that of conventional cultivation, more than 40% higher than that of bacterial wall and other cultivation methods, and the biological conversion rate is more than 220%. 1. Mycelium culture. The hyphae were sterilized under high pressure or atmospheric pressure and inoculated routinely to cultivate the hyphae that reached physiological maturity.

Interplanting Pleurotus ostreatus in rice field
During the growth and development of rice, interplanting Pleurotus ostreatus under the special conditions of rice row space and shade can not only provide suitable temperature and humidity conditions for the growth and development of Pleurotus ostreatus (large temperature difference between day and night, good shading, sufficient scattered light, etc.), and make Pleurotus ostreatus obtain high yield. it can also fill the market off-season with few mushrooms in summer, enrich summer vegetable varieties and increase the income of rice farmers. 1. Stubble arrangement and field design: Rice varieties should choose varieties with strong lodging resistance, plant height, culm diameter and resistance to rice planthopper. The sowing time is in late May and transplanting in late June, and the density is only
