Feeding and processing of medicinal Bombyx mori
At present, the demand for medicinal silkworm in the Chinese herbal medicine market is booming, and breeding and processing are profitable.
The breeding and processing methods are as follows:
1. Adult silkworm rearing
Raising and processing medicinal silkworm should be carried out professionally in non-cocoon producing areas to avoid devastating effects on cocoon silkworm. Feeding and processing time can be carried out throughout the year. Feed, in addition to a small amount of mulberry leaves, can add more evening primrose, sword silkworm grass, white clover, rosin grass and other alternative mulberry leaves, in order to supplement the lack of mulberry leaves, to reduce feeding costs. The rearing and management techniques for adult silkworms are the same as those for conventional@#@250 @#@, and they need to be raised until the fourth dormancy.
II. Production of strains
Take 50 empty infusion bottles of 500ml, fill them with cold boiled water, inoculate one Beauveria bassiana test tube mother seed into 10 bottles, stand for 1 hour as original seed, and then inoculate each bottle of original seed into 5 bottles respectively to prepare liquid strain. If there is no test-tube mother species, cold boiled water can be used to wash the naturally infected silkworm, and the cold boiled water after washing can also be used as a liquid strain.
III. Spray vaccination
After the adult silkworms shed and woke up from the fourth molting, the liquid bacteria were sprayed evenly on the silkworms with a sprayer to the extent that the skin was wet. If the viability of the strain is poor, it must be inoculated within 1 hour of preparation of the liquid strain.
IV. Strengthening Management
After 15 - 20 minutes of inoculation, grass feeding is started, feeding once every 5 - 6 hours. Indoor temperature control at 20~30℃, humidity above 90%, avoid ventilation. Generally, within 20~24 hours after inoculation, silkworms begin to anorexia, their behavior is rigid, their body surface gradually turns greenish brown, and there are black spots of different shapes; on the third ~ fourth day, they begin to die; on the fifth ~ sixth day, the death amount reaches 70%; on the seventh ~ eighth day, all die.
In the process of silkworm death, the dead silkworm should be picked out in time and spread in the breeding room, keep the same temperature and humidity, and make it fully rigid, so as to improve the yield and drug content. After all of them meet the requirements of silkworm, they can be sold on the Chinese herbal medicine market.

Control of chestnut gall wasp
Chestnut gall wasp DryocosmuskuriphilusYasumatsu belongs to the family Cynipidae, also known as chestnut tumor wasp. Chestnut producing areas are widely distributed, causing damage to larvae in the new buds of chestnut trees. When the chestnut buds germinate in spring, the injured buds can not germinate, gradually expand and form galls, and sometimes there are abnormal leaflets on the gall tumor. In severe cases, the tree is weak, which can cause branches or the whole plant to die. The body length of the morphological adult is 2.5ml 3mm, and the head and abdomen are dark brown.

Management techniques for feeding Agkistrodon halys
Agkistrodon halys, also known as Agkistrodon halys, is a small venomous snake distributed all over China, which has high medical value in addition to food. It is easy to get, and the breeding method is not difficult. It is a new type of aquaculture for the masses to get rich. First, the development and utilization of some valuable drugs produced with Agkistrodon halys as raw materials can treat a variety of difficult diseases. At present, the ways of development and application in domestic scientific research institutions are as follows: ① Agkistrodon halys venom is the raw material for the production of highly effective antithrombotic drugs. ② dried snake has the effects of dispelling wind, calming, detoxifying pain, strength, lower breast and so on.
