Last Updated: 2024/09/16, Feed: feed is an important way of transmission of a variety of pathogenic microorganisms, feeding safe feed is the source of safe pork production. The production of feed and feed additives shall be strictly managed according to law, monitoring and testing shall be strengthened, and the use of prohibited drugs shall be strictly prohibited and strictly investigated and dealt with. At the same time, the inspection and monitoring of feed raw materials should be strengthened, and feed with mildew spoilage and seriously contaminated by highly toxic pesticides should be prohibited. In addition, open up new types of green and safe feed and feed additives. If you plant pollution-free, high-yield and high-quality green feed, use national animal husbandry.

1. Feed:

Feed is an important way of transmission of a variety of pathogenic microorganisms, feeding safe feed is the source of safe pork production. Such as planting pollution-free, high-yield and high-quality green feed, using microbial preparations, enzyme preparations, acidifiers, Chinese herbal medicine preparations and preparations extracted from natural plants approved by the national animal husbandry department. Farms should also be built away from chemical industry, pesticides, rivers, villages and other pollution sources, and feed pollution-free feed and drinking water. China's new Feed Hygiene Standard stipulates the allowable amount of harmful substances and microorganisms in feed and feed additive products. Arsenic, lead, fluoride, mold, aflatoxin, chromium, mercury, cadmium, cyanide, nitrite, gossypol, isothiocyanate, oxazolidinthiocopper, BHC, DDT and total bacteria in feed shall not exceed the standard, and salmonella shall not be detected. Among the trace elements, copper is strictly restricted. That is, the copper content in compound feed per kg should not be higher than 250 mg according to pig body weight less than 30 kg, not more than 150 mg in 30-60 kg, and no more than 25 mg in more than 60 kg.

2. Feed additives:

In order to standardize the rational use of feed drug additives and prevent the abuse of feed drug additives, the Ministry of Agriculture issued the "Code for the use of Feed Drug Additives" in 2001, which stipulated the feed drug additives allowed to be used at present. Including dinitrotropamine, madumycin, nicamazine, ethoxyamide benzolipid, methyl salinomycin, pisanosi sodium, Changshanone hydrobromide, chlorophenyl guanidine hydrochloride, amproline hydrochloride, ethoxyamide benzolipid, iodoamine quinoxaline, chloroxypyridine, Hainan mycin sodium, sedumycin sodium, diclazuril, compound nitrophenol sodium, aminophenyl arsine acid, roxarsone, monensin sodium, bacteriocin zinc, flavomycin, virginiamycin, monensin sodium There are 33 premixes of olaquindox, nazeptide, amepramycin, sodium salinomycin, colistin sulfate, oregano oil, kitasamycin, oxytetracycline calcium, chlortetracycline and enramycin. The above products must indicate the name, content, scope of application, withdrawal period and matters needing attention of the veterinary drug ingredients on the product label. The Ministry of Agriculture has also approved the prevention and treatment of animal diseases and stipulated the course of treatment, which is only through mixed feeding of feed drug additives, which must be purchased by veterinarian prescriptions from farms and farmers. The Ministry of Agriculture also clearly stipulates that veterinary APIs must not be directly added to the feed and must be made into premix before they can be added to the feed. Except for the feed drug additives currently allowed and those approved by the Ministry of Agriculture to be added to feed in the future, no other veterinary drug products shall be added to feed.

Third, drinking water:

Harmful microorganisms exist widely in drinking water and live in water for a long time. For example, Escherichia coli can survive in distilled water for 24-72 days, necrotic bacilli and Mycobacterium tuberculosis can survive in river water for 183 days and 5 months respectively, and Bacillus anthracis can survive in aseptic water for 1 year. Therefore, it is very important to disinfect drinking water. Water samples should be often taken and sent to relevant departments for microbiological and water quality testing, and perennial disinfection of drinking water with bleach, potassium permanganate, parathion, etc. To meet the water quality standards of livestock and poultry drinking water, the use of water color, turbidity, total hardness, pH, total dissolved solids, chloride, sulfate in general chemical indicators, total coliform count in bacteriological indicators, fluoride, cyanide, total arsenic, total mercury, copper, chromium, cadmium and nitrates in toxicological indicators can not or exceed the standard values. Malathion, internal absorption of phosphorus, methyl parathion, dimethoate, lindane, chlorothalonil and carbaryl 2.4-D are not allowed to ensure the hygiene and safety of drinking water.

IV. Veterinary drugs:

At present, the most serious problem is overdose and drug abuse, which not only causes a lot of waste, but also causes poisoning death and drug residues due to improper use of drugs. It will have a certain impact on both producers and consumers. Admittedly, once live pigs get sick, they should prescribe the right medicine to the case on the basis of a clear diagnosis, and it is also allowed to use a certain amount of drug resistance according to the instructions of the drug, but the drugs used should comply with the National Veterinary Pharmacopoeia, Veterinary Drug Standards and Veterinary Drug quality Standards, and try not to use antibiotics and hormone drugs as much as possible. Fake and shoddy veterinary drugs, narcotics, stimulants, chemical Baoding drugs, skeletal muscle relaxants, veterinary drugs produced by genetic engineering without the approval of the state animal husbandry and veterinary department, and veterinary drugs that have not been approved or announced by the State Ministry of Agriculture are prohibited. Veterinary drugs that are allowed to be used should be used in strict accordance with the usage and dosage. I would like to remind my colleagues that in the past, it was more common to ignore the requirement that the duration of the drug period should be observed. Among the antiparasitic and antibiotic drugs allowed at present, 19 kinds of drugs such as amitraz have stipulated a withdrawal period of 2-45 days, which should be stopped before slaughter to reduce drug residues and improve pork quality.

5. Environment:

Environmental hygiene and safety is an important measure for the development of green ecological pigs. First of all, the management of the pig farm and its surrounding environment should be strengthened, and the pen should be cleaned every day to keep it clean, well ventilated, and disinfected regularly inside and outside the house. Kill rats, flies, mosquitoes, feces, dirt to the off-site mud seal fermentation treatment, kill bacteria and eggs in feces, and reduce soil pollution. Urine and sewage are discharged to the off-site sewage treatment tank through underground waterways, and feces and urine can also be used to produce biogas. Secondly, in the whole process of transportation, slaughtering, meat processing, packaging, household storage and cooking, we should strictly prevent the contamination of pathogenic microorganisms, water injection meat and sick and dead meat into the market, so as to ensure that consumers eat rest assured meat.
