Application of Tea Cake in Aquaculture
Tea cakes contain hemolytic tea saponins, 11%-16% crude protein, 5%-7% fat, 40% digestible sugar, 11% nitrogen, 0.37% phosphoric acid, 1.23% potassium, and a variety of essential amino acids for animals. It is widely used in aquaculture.
① medicine pond is rich in water. Tea cake is the preferred pond cleaning agent for mixed culture of fish, shrimp and crabs. The method of medicine pond is as follows: in the pond with water depth of 30~50cm, crushed tea cake is 25kg / hm3, and the pond with water depth of 1m can be increased to 50kg/hm3. The tea cake was soaked in cold water for 2 to 3 days and then sprinkled evenly throughout the pond. After 3 hours, the tea cake could kill the fish. After 10 days and 15 days, the toxicity disappeared, and the fish fry could be put into the test water.
② prevents and treats fish diseases. It was carried out one month after the seedlings were put into the pond. Stepping into the four corners and center of the pond with a piece of fresh tea cake every 10 days can effectively prevent fish disease, especially for grass carp.
③ is used to treat water quality and control shrimp and crab diseases. The filamentous bacterial disease of shrimp and crab was sprinkled with 12g/m2 tea cake extract throughout the pond; the fixed ciliosis of shrimp and crab was sprinkled with 10~15g/m2 tea cake extract and changed a large amount of water 24 hours later to promote molting (shell); "shaking disease" of river crab can be treated with 15g/m2 tea cake extract, sprinkled with raw lime water and bait with virus spirit at the same time.
④ is used as fish bait, that is, the fish are fed with virus-free tea cakes. Detoxification can be done by pit fermentation, and it takes 12 days to ferment more than 30 ℃. After the tea cake is fermented to brown and has bubbles and fragrance, take a small amount of detoxified tea cake and try to feed several small fish. if the fish still swim freely after 12 hours, it means that the fish can be fed.

Cotton is fastidious because of seedling fertilization at flowering and boll stage.
In June, there was frequent plum rain after cotton budding in Hubei cotton area. coupled with the differences in field management, the cotton growth progress was inconsistent. The cotton with earlier development has produced 1 or 2 peaches per plant, while the cotton with late development has just budded, and the difference in development progress is 20 to 30 days. Therefore, different measures should be taken in cotton fertilization management. Judging from the cotton seedling situation investigated in the field, Wang Hua, the 5th squadron of Nihu Battalion of Diaodong Farm in Hanchuan City, showed that half of the 26 mu cotton leaves were obviously short of potash fertilizer. It was suggested that he should make up immediately.
