Last Updated: 2024/11/05, Miscellaneous bacteria pollution often occurs in the process of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation, especially in the high temperature season. Most of these miscellaneous bacteria are aerobic, resistant to high temperature and high humidity, and can be prevented by covering silt. the specific techniques are introduced as follows: 1. Control of miscellaneous bacteria of Pleurotus ostreatus planted in bed. When Pleurotus ostreatus is contaminated by miscellaneous bacteria in big bed cultivation, the cause of pollution should be found out first. The common causes are sudden high temperature, water inflow into the material, unclean surrounding environment, insect pests and so on. According to the specific situation, remove the pollution source, and then treat the contaminated Pleurotus ostreatus as follows: sporadic miscellaneous bacteria on the material surface, use thick lime.

Miscellaneous bacteria pollution often occurs in the process of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation, especially in the high temperature season. 1. Control of miscellaneous bacteria of Pleurotus ostreatus planted in bed. When Pleurotus ostreatus is contaminated by miscellaneous bacteria in big bed cultivation, the cause of pollution should be found out first. The common reasons are sudden high temperature, water into the material, unclean surrounding environment, insect pests and so on. Remove the pollution source according to the specific situation, and then treat the contaminated Pleurotus ostreatus as follows: sporadic miscellaneous bacteria on the material surface, smear or cover the affected area with thick lime slurry. When a large number of miscellaneous bacteria are produced, dig up the sediment below 30cm on the surface, break it and add 2% lime powder and mix it well, remove the film, cover the contaminated part of the material surface with lime 2~3cm thick, cover the area slightly larger than the contaminated area, and tighten the sediment slightly. When the material surface is seriously polluted, the whole bed should be covered with sediment, and then the film should be washed with disinfectant, and the routine management should be restored. The mycelium grew again after a few days.

two。 Control of miscellaneous bacteria of Pleurotus ostreatus planted in bags. First, pick out the bags contaminated by miscellaneous bacteria, choose a higher place to dig the pit around 60cm, if the groundwater level is high, it is not suitable to dig a deep pit, but only dig a shallow pit around 20cm, the size of the pit depends on the number of contaminated bags, and note that there can be no stagnant water in the pit, put the contaminated parts of the bag down into the pit (no need to take off the bag), each bag spacing 5cm, and fill isolation, the bag is then covered with 25~30cm thick wet fine soil or wet sand After 15-20 days, all contaminated bacteria bags will return to normal. After all the hyphae have grown, you can move to the mushroom farm and open the bag to produce mushrooms. Note that the film should be covered against rain on rainy days.
