2, salt water 1 liter, add 360 grams of salt, prepared into salt saturated solution, empty spleen and small pieces of bee tools can be soaked in it for 24 hours. The disinfection effect is not as good as formalin.

3. 80% glacial acetic acid is used to fumigate empty spleen. Each box of spleen is packed with 80% glacial acetic acid 100-150 ml in a glass container on the noodle and fumigated for 3-5 days. It is suitable for disinfecting nests and spleen with sporidiosis.

4, 2% hot lye 50 liters of water and 1 kg of caustic soda, heating and washing bee utensils, covering cloth, overalls, etc.

5% bleach 50 liters of water and 2.5 kg of bleach, wash the beehive and wooden beehives.

6. Sulfur dioxide should be fumigated with 3-5 grams of sulfur in each box.

7, 10% Mel 20% lime 5-10 kg, add 50 liters of water, spray the floor and walls, disinfect the overwintering room and beehive.
