High starch Sweet Potato-Shuangwan No.1
The new sweet potato variety Shuangwan No. 1, newly bred by the Institute of Sweet Potato of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, is genetically stable and has bred new high-starch sweet potato varieties that are not degraded in successive years.
1. Characteristics: leaves and stems green, leaf heart type with teeth, vine length 1-1.5 meters, tubers early and concentrated, tubers long, delicious, dark purplish red, smooth and beautiful, white and beautiful meat, strong sprouting ability, high tuber rate, moderate size, good uniformity, sun-drying rate 37%, starch content 24%, 28%, starch quality. The yield of spring potato is 4000000kg per mu and 3000-5000 kg per mu. It is resistant to fertilizer, barren, storage and high resistance to three major diseases.
2. Main points of cultivation: spring planting is about March 15 to April 15. Summer planting is about May 15 to June 15. The plant spacing is 30ml 40cm and the row spacing is 70cm. It is better to ridge and transplant. About 40 cm deep plough, 3000 kg per mu of high-quality soil fertilizer, 100 kg of N, P, K ternary compound fertilizer or potassium sulfate, 50 kg of base fertilizer, and 50 kg of crack fertilizer during the expansion period of sweet potato.
