Stewed Fish fillet Soup

Last Updated: 2024/11/06, Ingredients: 4 taels of herring meat, 1 preserved egg, 1 tbsp shredded tea melon, 3 coriander, 2 teaspoons each of oil and light soy sauce, 2 slices of ginger, a little salt. Practice: 1. Sliced braised fish, shredded ginger, sliced coriander, preserved eggs cut into 6 pieces. 2. Mix the fillets with oil, shredded ginger and light soy sauce. 3. Boil the pot with water, add tea melon and preserved eggs, cover, and bring to a boil for 2 minutes. 4. Add fish fillets and coriander, cook over high heat for 2 minutes, season with salt and serve.
