New techniques for cultivation of hericium Erinaceus with waste bacteria
Hericium Erinaceus gets its name because it looks like hericium Erinaceus and tastes delicious. It is known as "Shanzhen hericium Erinaceus, seafood bird's nest". In the process of strain production or transfer, sometimes contaminated bacteria will appear due to carelessness in sterilization, disinfection, inoculation, culture and so on. If the contaminated bacteria are abandoned in the wild, it will cause environmental pollution; if you take out the culture medium and wash the bacteria bottle for use, it will be labor-consuming and time-consuming. However, if we use polluted bacteria to cultivate hericium Erinaceus, we can turn waste into treasure and get twice the result with half the effort. The specific methods are as follows:
1. Collect contaminated bacteria and sterilize. Pick out the contaminated bacteria in time, use portable pressure cooker to sterilize when the quantity is about 20 bottles (bags), or sterilize together with the bacteria bag when steaming the bacteria bag. The method is: first, shake the culture medium in the bottle to make its structure loose, and then place the waste strain bottle in the pressure cooker, leaving a gap between the bottles, which can not be stacked too tight, so as to facilitate the steam cycle and sterilize thoroughly. When the pointer of the pressure gauge points to 0.05, open the air valve and concentrate on the discharge of cold air. When the pressure drops to 00:00, close the exhaust valve for booster sterilization and keep for 1 hour after automatic venting. In the meantime, both electric and coal pressure cookers can be used to turn off the furnace door, open and turn on the size of beans, and then wrap them into a ball with a newspaper. The size of the plug depends on the size of the bacterial bag, large bags with large plugs, small bags with small plugs, but also depends on the germ temperature, when the germ temperature is low, the plug can be smaller, and vice versa.
The second is the ring method. You can buy a horn mouth ring and add a cotton plug after holding the bacteria bag. If you can't buy the horn mouth ring, you can also use the plastic packing belt self-made way to control the firepower and electricity, so that the pointer meets the requirements and does not deflate automatically, which not only saves energy, but also avoids the sealing paper and cotton plug in the bacteria bottle when automatically deflating, and can also ensure that the water in the pressure cooker does not dry without burning out the pressure cooker. After the sterilization time is reached, cease fire, and when the pressure cooker pointer returns to zero, take out the strain bottle and place it in the inoculation box together with the cultivated species of hericium Erinaceus.
two。 Disinfection, inoculation, culture. The inoculation box is disinfected for 30 minutes with a mixture of 40% formaldehyde solution 10ml / m3 and 5g / m ~ 7g potassium permanganate for 30min. When inoculating, disinfect the hands and the inoculation hook with alcohol, then burn the inoculation hook to red heat with the outer flame of the alcohol lamp. After cooling, hook out an appropriate amount of hericium Erinaceus and put it in a strain bottle that has opened the sealing paper and cotton stopper, and seal it quickly. The inoculated strain bottle is placed vertically on the shaded indoor shelf or on the platform to send bacteria. During the bacteria generation, it is often ventilated and ventilated to kill bacteria, mosquitoes and flies. Try to make the temperature of the culture room reach the suitable temperature for the growth of hericium Erinaceus mycelium at 20: 25 ℃, and the mycelium will grow full in about 25 days. Continue to culture for 5-7 days, so that the mycelium growth is fully mature, which is beneficial to the neatness of mushroom production and improvement (cut into segments and welded into rings with soldering iron), and sealed with Kraft paper and rubber band. Note that the ring should be firmly secured to prevent it from falling off.
The third is the ventilation hole method. Use a sewing machine needle to pierce a row of holes 6 cm from the mouth of the bag, about 1 cm apart. Just sow the bacteria in the hole when loading. Do not pierce too many holes, and pay attention not to operate the bacterial bag when piercing holes, otherwise the yield of bacteria should be managed in time when there are a few quantum solid primordia on the surface of the culture medium.
3. Mushroom management. The fruiting body formation temperature of hericium Erinaceus is about 20 ℃. It is best to put the strain bottle in caves or dark environment to produce mushrooms in midsummer. After the strain bottle is laid out in layers, unseal the paper and keep the humidity at 85%-90%. Spray can be used. Spray 4 times in sunny days and spray less in wet weather. If the climate is dry, you can spray the fruiting body directly, and the finer the fog point, the better, so as to promote the growth of the fruiting body. At the same time, it is necessary to give a certain amount of scattered light and often ventilate slowly.
4. Harvest and processing. When the fruiting body ball block is basically grown, and the spines are about 1 cm long, they should be harvested in time, and cut off from the bottle mouth with a knife when harvesting. After harvest, the culture medium surface in the bottle should be raked in time, so that the mycelium can get enough air and stimulate the next batch of fruiting bodies to form very quickly. As long as the humidity is suitable, the fruiting bodies will grow again after 8 days and 10 days, and generally can be harvested for 3 times and 4 times. After harvest, if the fruit body is not fresh, it should be sent to the purchasing department in time to prevent fever and deterioration, sun exposure and mechanical damage. If it is processed by itself, the fruiting body should be dried on a ventilated bamboo mat in time. In case of overcast and rainy weather, the fungus thorn should be kept intact when baking, so as not to reduce the quality. When it is fully dry, it should be sealed in a plastic bag immediately to avoid damp, mildew and deterioration.

Several methods for quality Identification of Edible Fungi
1 appearance identification for users without special equipment can identify the advantages and disadvantages of bacteria through their senses, that is, the so-called appearance identification. High-quality bacteria should have five characteristics: pure, positive, strong, moist and fragrant. Pure refers to the high purity of bacteria, no miscellaneous bacterial infection, no plaque, no inhibition line, no "sterilization" and "disruption" phenomenon. It means that the hyphae are normal and have the morphological characteristics of authentic parents. For example, the mycelium is pure white, shiny, growing evenly and neatly, connected into blocks, elastic and so on. Strong means that the hyphae develop sturdily, grow vigorously, have many and dense branches and are in culture.

Planting techniques of Edible Fungi in Winter
First, the factory site. There are many ways to cultivate edible fungi, and indoor heating cultivation is the most suitable in cold winter. Indoor heating methods include pipe heating, coal stove and so on, but considering the cost and practicability, coal furnace heating is the most effective. The device is suitable for relatively cold areas, and can achieve low cost, fast heating and convenient operation. The cultivation of edible fungi such as Pleurotus ostreatus in low temperature season has the advantages of mild harm to diseases and insect pests, low contamination rate of miscellaneous bacteria, good high and stable yield, large cover, thick cover, short handle, good color quality and high quality. And there are few vegetables in winter, so they are easy to occupy.
