Last Updated: 2024/11/06, With the progress of science and technology and the development of market economy, the cultivation of Lentinus edodes is constantly improving and innovating. Not long ago, the editor received a phone call from Li Xiliang and other farmers from Baigenli Village, Keluo Town, Nenjiang County, asking about the technology of planting Lentinus edodes on the ground. We specially selected and compiled a draft of "cultivation techniques of Lentinus edodes in substitute Land", which we hope will be helpful to you. 1. There are many media for planting Lentinus edodes. Here are two kinds: one is 80% of hardwood sawdust, 10% of wheat bran, 7% of rice bran, 1% of gypsum powder, 2% of bean cake powder and 50% of wettability.

We specially selected and compiled a draft of "cultivation techniques of Lentinus edodes in substitute Land", which we hope will be helpful to you.

1. There are many culture medium formulations for planting Lentinus edodes as a substitute for cultivation materials. Here are two kinds: one is 80% of hardwood sawdust, 10% of wheat bran, 7% of rice bran, 1% of gypsum powder, 2% of bean cake powder, 50% of wettable carbendazim powder, 0.1% of 0.1%, 0.2% of peanut shell, 10% of wheat bran, 2% of soybean cake powder, 1% of gypsum powder, 2% of corn flour, and 0.10.2% of wettable carbendazim powder. The PH value was acidic. Dry mix the material evenly, make the water content reach 60%, and then sterilize. Spread the curtain and drawer cloth in the sterilizer, then heat it over high heat. After the big steam comes up, put 10 cm thick dry material on the drawer cloth, and then sprinkle the moisture content from 45% 55% gradually humidified material. When the temperature reaches 98 ℃, 100 min, the fire burns quickly and keeps 1.5 mi for 2 hours.

2. Seasonal arrangement the seeds in Northeast China are usually sown between late March and late April, and it is best to finish sowing before Ching Ming Festival. When sowing, the temperature should be no less than 5 ℃ and no more than 15 ℃.

3. After inoculating and disinfecting the mushroom bed, use plastic film to make the bed, leaving 20 cm wide in the middle of the bed, then spread the material out of the pot directly into the bed, about 4 ℃ 5 cm thick, cover the film in time, and inoculate when the temperature of the material drops below 25 cm. Uncover the film, sprinkle a layer of bacteria, cover the plastic sheet in time, and then cover the plastic sheet with 2mi 3cm thick soil.

4. The main purpose of raising bacteria is to make the bacteria bed have suitable temperature and humidity and ventilate regularly. As the temperature rises, the plastic film should be removed in time, and after the mycelium penetrates the culture medium, remove the soil in time, open the plastic sheet for ventilation, and then cover it, but do not cover the soil.

5. Change color and produce mushroom when the hyphae mature, the hyphae change from white to brown. During this period, we should strengthen the lighting and pay attention to ventilation. After changing color, the stimulation of temperature difference should be increased to promote the formation of primordium. Xianlei, increase the relative humidity of the air.

When the fruiting body of Lentinus edodes grows to six or seven minutes ripe, the edge is still curled inward, and the cap has not yet been fully unfolded, it should be picked in time. When picking mushrooms, do not pull out the roots, so as not to bring down the lumps of mycelium. Lentinus edodes harvested should be baked on the same day and should not be placed overnight.

Planting Lentinus edodes on the ground with substitute materials has the characteristics of wide range of raw materials and easy operation, and the practice has proved that the benefit is remarkable.
