Storage methods of peach, plum and apricot
(1) normal temperature storage is not suitable for peach storage at room temperature, but due to the needs of transportation and shelf preservation, some measures can be taken to prolong the fresh-keeping life of peach at room temperature.
1. Calcium treatment soaked 2min with 0.2%-1.5% CaCl2 solution or vacuum soaked peach fruit for a few minutes, drained the liquid and left it naked indoors, which could improve the storability of medium and late ripening varieties.
2. Soaking fruit 2min with 52 ℃ constant temperature water or 15min with 54 ℃ steam can kill pathogen spores and prevent rot.
3. Film packaging is a single fruit bag with 0.02~0.03mm thick PVC bag, which can also be used in combination with calcium treatment or heat treatment for better results. The other is a special fresh-keeping bag for fruit. The HA series peach fresh-keeping bag, thick 0.03mm, developed by Tianjin Fruit fresh-keeping Research Center, can prevent CO2 damage during storage by adding ion-replacing fresh-keeping materials when making film, and HA-16 is effective in peach fresh-keeping at room temperature.
(2) when the peach is stored in cold storage at 0 ℃ and the relative density is 90%, the peach can be stored for 15 days. Intermittent heating treatment during cold storage can avoid or reduce chilling injury and prolong storage life. The fruit was refrigerated at-0.5 ℃, heated to room temperature (1820 ℃) for 1 day every 2 weeks, and then restored to low temperature storage.
(3) controlled atmosphere storage is recommended to store nectarine under the condition of 0 ℃ and 1%O2+5%CO2, and the storage life can be up to 45 days, which is twice longer than that of ordinary cold storage. However, the controlled atmosphere standard of honey peach line in China is still under study. Some varieties have been stored for more than 60 days without fruit decay and the longest storage for 4 months by using cold storage and improved atmosphere control. When there is no condition to achieve standard controlled atmosphere (CA), peach fresh-keeping bag and modified atmosphere preservative can be used for simple controlled atmosphere storage (MA). The specific measures are as follows: after the peach harvest is pre-cooled, put it in a special fresh-keeping bag for cold storage, add air control, tighten the mouth of the bag, and keep the gas content in the bag at 0.8% 2% oxygen and 3% carbon dioxide 8%. Dajiubao, Yanhong and Mid-Autumn Festival are stored for 40 days, 55 days, 60 days and 70 days respectively, and the fruits maintain normal ripening ability and commodity quality.
