Smoked salmon spring rolls

Dip in 4 tablespoons of shiitake mushroom soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of chopped pepper. Practice 1. Soak the Vietnamese rice paper in lukewarm boiling water one by one, pick it up and place it on the plate immediately. 2. Wash lettuce and wipe dry. 3. Put the sweet and spicy into the pan, pan-fry both sides, serve and cut into thick strips.

Materials

4 tablespoons of Lentinus edodes soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of chopped pepper.

Practice

1. Soak the Vietnamese rice paper in lukewarm boiling water one by one, pick it up and place it on the plate immediately. 2. Wash lettuce and wipe dry.

3. Put the sweet and spicy into the pan, pan-fry both sides, serve and cut into thick strips.

4. Take a piece of rice paper, spread lettuce leaves, cooked rice noodles, smoked salmon, sweet or spicy, and roll them into a cylinder. Wrap the spring rolls one by one in this way.

5. Mix the sauce evenly and serve with spring rolls with dipping sauce.
