In China, China Agricultural University, South China Agricultural University, Sichuan Agricultural University and Guangdong Poultry Science Research Institute have done a lot of effective research on the prevention and control of the disease in recent years, and the inactivated vaccine has been widely used in a large scale. the immune effect is good. According to the characteristics of short feeding cycle of commercial ducks, Cheng Anchun of the Poultry Disease Prevention and Research Center of Sichuan Agricultural University developed "duck infectious paddle inflammation propolis compound adjuvant inactivated vaccine" and "duck infectious paddle inflammation-duckling Escherichia coli multivalent propolis compound adjuvant inactivated vaccine". The latter is mainly made according to the characteristics of the disease and duck Escherichia coli. After trial, it overcomes the disadvantage of slow immunity produced by oil emulsion vaccine, and can resist the attack of virulent virus on the fifth day.
