This variety is developed by Denong Zhengcheng seed Industry Co., Ltd.
Demian 206 is a new hybrid cotton variety with high quality, high yield and multi-resistance. The whole growth period is about 133 to 135 days, the plant height is about 129.5 cm, the number of fruit branches is about 20.4, the number of bolls per plant is 42, the weight of single boll is 5.7 to 6.2 grams, the seed index is 10.9g, the lint percentage is 42.35%, the cashmere length is 29.1mm, and the general yield per mu is more than 120kg, which is significantly higher than that of the control. Demian 206 has wide adaptability, high and stable yield, and is more resistant to cotton bollworm, red bollworm, Fusarium wilt and Verticillium wilt.
Sowing at the right time in cultivation techniques: sowing when the temperature is stable above 14 ℃; generally choose to sow and raise seedlings in a clear nutrition bowl around April 15, and transplant in early May. Reasonable close planting: about 300 grams per mu of seeds, and 1400 plants per mu in the field. Scientific fertilization: Demian 206 has strong boll setting ability and needs a large amount of fertilizer, so it is necessary to apply sufficient base fertilizer, re-apply flower and boll fertilizer, cover fertilizer and increase potash fertilizer. Strengthen the field management: rational control, balance and stable growth, appropriately increase the number of chemical control, use the right amount of medicine each time. Prevention and control of diseases and pests: pay attention to the control of cotton aphids, red spiders and bug bugs; insect-resistant cotton is not insect-free cotton, we should pay attention to the use of drugs to control insect pests when reaching the control target.
Pay attention to dry seed sowing. The offspring of this variety cannot be reserved for seed use. Coated seeds and seedlings are poisonous and should be safe.
