Technology of removing bag and changing color of Lentinus edodes
One of the key reasons for the low yield of bag cultivation is that the technology of bag removal and color conversion is not up to standard. The successful color conversion was characterized by villous hypha lodging and a thin brown glossy membrane. The failure of color conversion is manifested as follows:
1. The reason is that the mycelia grow poorly when they meet high temperature above 28℃ or low temperature below 12℃ for several days after debagging. The rescue measures are: ventilation in the morning and evening when the temperature is too high; if the temperature is too low, the shade on the mushroom shed can be opened during the day, and the temperature of the mushroom house can be increased by sunlight, or the temperature can be increased to keep the room temperature above 15℃.
2. The reasons and solutions for hypha excessive growth are as follows: ① too much iron sheet and urea added to the culture medium, resulting in imbalance of carbon and nitrogen ratio, and the ratio of carbon to nitrogen should be controlled as 20-30:1;② the temperature of mushroom bed is too high, and the temperature difference is small, so the temperature of mushroom bed should be reduced and the temperature difference should be increased;③ the time for fungus development is insufficient, and the bag is removed too early, so the time for fungus development should be extended appropriately, so that the fungus is sufficient and the bag is removed in time;④ the time for hypha recovery growth after bag removal is too long, and the time for recovery growth after bag removal should be controlled as 3-5 days; 5. If there is no timely ventilation after the mycelium is concentrated and white, the film should be removed for 3-5 hours at noon on a sunny day, and the ventilation should be strengthened to make the surface of the bacteria cylinder dry and not stained, and then the film should be covered to make it turn color. If it still does not turn color, it can be sprayed with 3% lime water, and the film will turn color.
3. Hypha dehydration rescue measures are continuous several days of water spray moisture cooling, ventilation 30 minutes a day.

Dehydration of mushrooms puts "three passes"
Timely picking This is one of the main reasons for the color change of the finished mushroom, which is the injury of the mushroom body before baking. In order to overcome this shortcoming and enhance the resistance of mushroom body to external pressure, timely picking is very important. When the fungus membrane has been fully cracked, the fungus cap should be harvested when it is rolled into a gong shape. Do not spray water 2 hours before harvesting. Use the "mushroom rotation method" to pick it. After harvesting, handle it gently, remove impurities and handle, and then send it to the nearest dehydration room for dehydration. Generally, the distance from harvest to dehydration should not exceed 5

Living conditions for Lentinus edodes
The living conditions needed for the growth and development of Lentinus edodes include water, nutrition, temperature, air, light and pH (pH value) and so on. 1. Nutritious Lentinus edodes is a kind of saprophytic bacteria in water quality, which makes a living by decomposing and absorbing nutrients in wood. In sawdust cultivation, the addition of some nutrients, such as rice bran, wheat bran, sugar and trace elements, can make the mycelium develop well and promote the high quality and high yield of Lentinus edodes. 2. Lentinus edodes is a low-temperature and variable-temperature fruiting fungus, and the optimum temperature for spore germination is 22 ℃.
