"Open" inoculation Technology of Lentinus edodes stick
"Open" inoculation of Lentinus edodes is a new technology summarized and innovated in recent years. Because of its convenient operation, no inoculation box, time-saving and labor-saving, this technology is generally welcomed by the majority of mushroom farmers. The technology is introduced as follows:
1. The inoculation site ① chooses the room with wind shelter, cleanliness, dryness, good sealing and no miscellaneous bacteria pollution sources within 50 meters as the open inoculation site. The ② inoculation room must be cleaned and disinfected the day before the stick is moved.
two。 After the ① was sterilized under atmospheric pressure and kept at 100℃ for 14 hours, the undamaged stick was moved to the inoculation room and covered with film to prevent dust and miscellaneous spores from falling. ② sticks should be stacked in the middle of the inoculation room and the height of the stack should not exceed 1.2m. ③ should be inoculated after cooling down to less than 25 ℃ and disinfecting with aerosol disinfectant for 2 hours.
3. Inoculation procedure ① sterilizes the bacteria, inoculation tools, etc., with 75% alcohol and set aside. ② smeared the inoculation site with disinfectant or carbendazim. ③ punches 3 ~ 4 holes in each section of the smear, with a depth of 4 cm ~ 5 cm, which cannot be pierced. ④ breaks the production seed into pieces and plugs it into the hole. The inoculation block and the bacterial stick should be combined tightly, but they can not be squeezed to prevent miscellaneous bacteria from invading from the gap. When the ⑤ temperature rises to 25 ℃, uncover the film for ventilation, air exchange, turn over the pile in time to prevent high temperature bacteria burning.
4. Note: ① vaccination should be carried out in low temperature, sunny and dry weather. When the temperature was higher than 20 ℃, it was raining, foggy and windy, which had a certain effect on the survival rate. The ② vaccination site must be clean, clean and hygienic. ③ hands and punching machines of people exposed to bacteria should be sterilized with 75% alcohol.

Pingyu yellow poplar
Peng Chengwen, a worker at the Party School in Xiao County, Anhui Province, cut three annual, 1.5-foot-long branches from a big yellow poplar tree in January last year, about as thick as chopsticks, inserted them into a glass bottle, placed them on the windowsill of the house (let the sun bask for four hours a day), changed the water every other week and sprayed the leaves. A hundred days later, each branch quietly grew an inch of fibrous roots and produced four or six new buds, which was very agreeable. After moving the boxwood to the ground, the plant survived.
