Maintenance of rhododendron in bud stage
Rhododendron is a perennial woody plant of rhododendron family. It is upright in nature and can be pruned into various shapes when cultivated. The budding period refers to the period from the beginning of budding to the blooming of most flowers, usually 90 to 120 days (the length of this period has a lot to do with the curing temperature). The main points of bud (productive) maintenance are as follows:
Azaleas should be maintained in a medium temperature greenhouse during the bud stage, with a night temperature of 10 ℃ to 15 ℃, a day temperature of 18 ℃ to 25 ℃, a higher temperature during flowering (20 ℃ to 30 ℃, a night temperature of 15 ℃ to 18 ℃), and a slightly lower temperature after flowering (10 ℃ to 15 ℃, 5 ℃ to 10 ℃). In order to ensure the same flowering period, the plants with different degrees of bud development should be maintained under different temperature conditions, the temperature change of the maintenance environment should not be too drastic, and avoid blowing rhododendron plants directly in cold air.
Rhododendron must be preserved under the condition of semi-shade (plastic film can play a shading role), the light should be properly strengthened at the initial stage of budding, and the light should be weakened at the end of bud expansion. Shading can delay flowering and prolong flowering, but the flower color will be slightly dim. should be paid attention to.
The air humidity had better reach 70% to 80%, the ground should be kept moist, steam humidification should be adopted if necessary, and spray humidification should prevent the leaf from forming alkali. The watering interval depends on the dry and wet condition of the basin soil. Small pots can be watered once every 2 to 3 days, while large pots can be watered once every 5 to 7 days. Watering should go directly into the basin and should not be sprayed from the crown. It is best to use water whose temperature is close to room temperature after storage. For plants whose leaves have wilted due to drought, the basin soil should be fully absorbed by soaking and put in a cool place to restore it.
When the temperature is high every day, open the tuyere for ventilation and keep the air clean to ensure that the cuckoo grows healthily and its leaves are clean. The tuyere must be closed when the wind blows to prevent dust and sundries from entering the room and falling on the leaves.
Rhododendron should be fertilized 2 to 3 times after budding, mainly phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, foliar spraying 1% to 2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate (once a week) has a better effect. Fertilization can be stopped after the bud is enlarged. Be careful not to use fertilizers with pungent odors.
Cuckoo bud stage diseases and insect pests are less, generally 7 to 10 days can be sprayed fungicides to prevent the occurrence of diseases. In order to reduce nutrient consumption and disease breeding, early blooming flowers should be removed in time.
When the flowers show color, the cuckoo can be changed into a strong ornamental flowerpot (such as porcelain pot, purple sand pot, plastic pot). When changing the basin, you must not destroy the original soil mass, should use a slightly larger basin than the original basin, and add nutritious soil rich in organic matter around to protect flowers and leaves.
In order to prolong the flowering period, the temperature, light and air humidity should be reduced.

Maintenance Essentials of Rhododendron in Bud stage
Rhododendron bud maintenance, refers to after budding, most buds begin to grow up, to the blooming stage of this growth stage, generally about 90-120 days. But the length of this growing period has a lot to do with the temperature. The lower the temperature, the longer the date, and vice versa. If you want the cuckoo to blossom at that time, bud cultivation is particularly important. The main techniques of bud cultivation are briefly introduced as follows: first, the temperature is suitable for rhododendron to be particularly sensitive to temperature during the bud cultivation period, and the flowerpot should be placed in the medium temperature greenhouse for maintenance.

Key points of Bud stage Management of Rhododendron
Rhododendron likes cool and humid climate, requires acidic soil rich in humus, loose, moist, PH value between 5.5 and 5.6, has certain requirements for light, is not resistant to exposure, and should be maintained under semi-overcast conditions. The bud stage refers to the period from the budding of azaleas to the blooming of most flowers, which is generally 90 mur120 days. The length of this period has a lot to do with humidity and maintenance. In order to make flowers bloom well and long, attention must be paid to bud management. The main points are as follows: 1. Light
