4. Treatment method of antistaling agent

(2) Bud opening liquid: add 1000 mg 8-hydroxyquinoline citrate + 50 g sucrose per liter of water.

(3) bottle holding solution: 360 mg 8-hydroxyquinoline citrate + 15-25 g sucrose per liter of water.

5. Storage and transportation technology

The main results are as follows: (1) the lower leaves of cut flowers were removed and hydrated in clean hot water with a pH value of 3.5.

(2) dry storage can reduce the vase life of cut flowers, while storage in fresh-keeping solution can significantly prolong the life of cut flowers, and at the temperature of 0-2 ℃, cut flowers can be stored in water for about 7 days and dry storage for about 5 days.

(3) the loss of hyacinth is small after usual transportation and postharvest treatment. Cut flowers used for long-distance transportation should be picked and cut at the budding stage. After arriving at the destination, treat with bud opening liquid.

6. Retailers and consumers' handling methods

The main results are as follows: (1) cut the flower stem again, remove the leaves on the flower stem which will be submerged in the fresh-keeping solution, and then carry on the hydration treatment.

(2) under the condition of room temperature, the cut flowers were treated with pulse treatment solution for 24-72 hours, and then transferred to a vase holding solution.
