Jujube and bean curd

Heat the ④ pot, heat it with cooked lard, put in the red dates, deep-fry until the jujube skin shrinks, remove it with a leaky spoon and put it on the plate.

⑤, wash and heat the original pot, add proper amount of water, add sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and bring to the boil, thicken with wet starch, pour on the jujube and serve.
