Breeding and Utilization of Japonica Hybrid Rice Hanyou 1027

Hanyou 1027 is a new japonica hybrid rice combination bred by Hanfeng male sterile line and T1027 restorer line in 1985. In 1986, the proving ground of the hospital produced 581.7kg per mu, which was 11.8% higher than that of Hanfeng. In 1988, the institute produced 604.6kg per mu of 1.2mu, 22.0% higher than that of Xiushui 04. The combination is 153156days for single cropping rice in Shanghai, 122142days for double cropping rice in Changsha and Hangzhou, plant height 100~105cm for single cropping rice and 80cm 90cm for double late rice. It is suitable for dense planting, rapid tillering, high panicle rate, large panicle shape and compact grain setting, and medium resistance to bacterial blight. In the later stage, it has strong cold tolerance and susceptibility to rice false smut, small heart and chalkiness, high transparency and luster, high meal rate and good taste, and the seed production yield is about 150kg. The main points of cultivation are as follows: the single cropping rice was sown in Shanghai on May 20, and the seedling age was about 30 days. The sowing rate of seedling field is 15kg per mu, and the sowing rate of seed per mu of field is 2kg. The densely planted seedlings are 23.3 × 10cm or 20 × 13.3cm, and the basic seedlings are 8 ~ 100000 per mu. Fertilization should grasp the principle of promoting in the early stage and replenishing in the later stage. After rewatering in the middle stage, panicle fertilizer was applied according to the condition of seedlings to prevent diseases and control pests. The weather was fine after the rain in the heading and filling period, that is, it was sprayed with carbendazim and trimethoprim for 2 or 3 times.
