Artificial shrimp molding machine

With the continuous expansion of the consumer market of surimi products, the production of surimi products has gradually changed from family workshop to industrial production, and different molding machines are needed to process different products. This paper introduces a kind of artificial shrimp forming machine for making shrimp from low-value surimi. The design production capacity of this machine is 30~40kg/h, and the weight of shrimp is 16 per unit.

With the continuous expansion of the consumer market of surimi products, the production of surimi products has gradually changed from family workshop to industrial production, and different molding machines are needed to process different products. This paper introduces a kind of artificial shrimp forming machine for making shrimp from low-value surimi. The design production capacity of the machine is 30~40kg/h. The product weighs 16g and has a lifelike shape. This paper describes the main structure, principle and technical key of the machine.

1. The principle and technical key of artificial shrimp forming machine 1.1 the overall structure principle of the shrimp forming machine developed here is composed of surimi quantitative pump, pouring mechanism, coloring mechanism, conveying device, heating furnace, shrimp mold and opening and closing mechanism, transmission system, frame and so on. The shrimp molding mold is a rotating opening and closing two-half molding mold, which is installed on the conveying chain. The electromagnetic speed regulating motor drives the intermittent movement of the active sprocket, the conveying chain and the driven sprocket through the variable speed mechanism and the grooved wheel mechanism, so as to make the shrimp forming mold move intermittently. When the shrimp forming mold stops moving into the right-angle groove of the open cam, the pouring mechanism moves down, and the colorant spray head on it is inserted into the shrimp cavity entrance of the shrimp forming mold, and the surimi casting head on it presses the shrimp forming mold and clamps it by a clamping mechanism. The coloring quantitative pump will mix the colorant (edible red pigment) with air and spray it into the inner cavity of the shrimp mold. At the same time, the surimi quantitative pump pours the conditioned surimi raw materials into the inner cavity of the shrimp mold through a screw feeder. The pouring mechanism is removed from the shrimp molding mold and the clamping mechanism is loosened. Then the shrimp molding mold is brought into the heating electric furnace by the conveying chain, and the surimi gel in the shrimp molding mold is formed after heating for a certain time. When the shrimp molding mold is moved to the lower left of the conveying chain, under the action of the opening cam, the shrimp molding mold is opened, and the artificial shrimp in the mold cavity falls off from the mold to the finished product conveyor belt and sent to the finished product packaging. After the shrimp forming mold is separated from the opening cam, the shrimp forming mold is closed and a working cycle is completed. The key and difficult points of the design are: the quantity of surimi, mold and mold opening and closing, action phase sequence and so on.

1.2 the structure principle of surimi quantitative pump is mainly composed of valve body, eight parallel plungers and valve spool. Under the action of the driving mechanism, the plunger sucks, stops, pushes and stops the reciprocating intermittent movement, while the valve core rotates at a uniform speed with the plunger movement, and the surimi is sucked into the plunger cylinder through the hopper (connected with the feed connecting plate). After a short stay, from the discharge outlet (connected with the discharge connecting plate 6) through the pipeline into the mold cavity, and then stay and enter the next cycle. The valve core of this structure is a cylinder with eight central angle 2700 ring grooves, which is matched with eight plungers. The characteristics of the structure are as follows: the valve core completes the opening and closing of the valve in uniform rotation, which greatly simplifies the corresponding motion mechanism; eight plungers are driven by the same driving mechanism, and the phases of multiple pumps are consistent.

1.3 structure principle of forming mold shrimp molding mold is composed of two-half molding mold, hinge shaft, spring, roller and so on. The two-half mold is composed of two left and right half moulds, which are connected by the hinge axis, and the two halves can rotate relative around the hinge axis to complete the opening and closing. Eight and a half shrimp cavities were designed in the half model, which were closed to form a complete shrimp cavity. The function of the spring in the structure is to make the opening and closing of the mold reliable. The roller is set for reducing the motion resistance when the mold is opened and closed. The structure is skillfully designed, which makes the opening and closing mechanism of the die greatly simple.

1.4 principle of mold opening and closing mechanism Shrimp mold opening and closing mechanism is composed of conveying chain with bending plate accessories, hanging plate, mold opening roller, fixed mold opening cam, etc. The hanging plate is fixedly connected with the open-mold roller, and there is a long strip-shaped groove, and the mold roller moves up and down in the groove. The mold works in an open state and a closed state, and most of the mold works in a closed state. At this stage, the mold does not contact the open cam and closes as shown in the picture under the action of the mold spring. When the roller of the mold is in contact with the open cam, the mold roller moves downward along the groove of the hanging plate, and the open roller cuts the mold, making the two half-molds separate, that is, the mold is opened.

2. Trial production and influence of prototype of artificial shrimp forming machine Chinese enterprises mostly produce low value-added surimi raw materials, which are mostly sold to Japan and the United States, and the equipment for producing high value-added surimi products is also imported from abroad. Domestic self-designed and manufactured equipment is very few, the development of China's high value-added products processing equipment has great market potential. The successful trial production of artificial shrimp molding machine has opened up another direction for the deep processing of low-value surimi and reversed the situation that most of China's surimi processing industry exported low value-added surimi raw materials in the past. it has effectively promoted the development of surimi processing industry to the production of high value-added surimi products.
