The second manifestation is that the color change is too heavy. It is dark brown to dark brown, the bacterial film is thick and hard, the time of mushroom emergence is obviously later than its biological characteristics, its fruiting body is larger, the cover is thick, and the quality is high, but its yield is only 50% of the normal color conversion, or even lower, and it is even difficult to produce mushrooms in serious cases.

The third is that the color change is obviously tender. It shows that the bacterial membrane is thin, the color is light brown or yellowish brown, or a large white "flower spot" is formed. In this case, the mushroom emerges ahead of time, the mushroom buds are concentrated and dense, the mushroom body is small and deformed, and the total yield is higher than normal or even higher, but the quality is inferior. The cover is easy to open the umbrella, the color is light, the market value is very low, and the stick itself is easy to aging.
